This restaurant is all about the hype. At times the wait is very long to get in and it's all about the anticipation. The pizza is of the thin crust variety with a variety of toppings-some familiar, some gourmet, some tasty, some not so much. Very hit and miss. The pizzas are small and costly and there are better pizzas... More

I met the owner years and years ago when he had come from Italy and told me "someday he will own his own pizza place." Yes. He has done what he said and is rated as the top in town!

We went here one night while attending a trade show convention in PHX. We sat outside, the temperature was very pleasant. We ordered appetizers (caprese salad) which was excellent, the bread was nice and the pizzas all had a delicious thin crust with a nice smoky flavor from the pizza oven. Very pleasant, wine by the glass delicious and pretty... More

Heard so much about this pizza. Finally went with my husband. It was a small pizza for the money. Taste nothing special! Would not go back.

Really, who could think this is the best pizza in AZ, or anywhere for that matter? What a disappointment. If you like dry crackers, you might like this pizza - although it does come with a minuscule amount of sauce on it, albeit only in the middle of the not-so-large circle, leaving a thick band of burned cracker around the... Terrific gourmet pizza at Heritage Square. Not far from airport. Tiny, but firendly bar with food service.

We came here on a recommendation and were very pleased. We tried the Sonny Boy (sopressata, olives, mozz, red sauce) and the Wiseguy (local fennel sausage, caramelized onion, we added red sauce since this is normally white). Ordered a bottle of locally brewed brown nut ale and we were in heaven. The staff is very friendly and attentive, but the... More

What you have to do is go with a few friends or family and order every pizza on the menu. This is the best pizza I every had and we went back several times during our week long stay.

I have been told for many years that this place is a MUST visit pizzeria. Definitely best to go to the original location on East Adams Street. If the weather is nice, sitting outside is wonderful. The pizzas are very good and consistent, made with fresh, often home grown ingredients. Nice, vast menu. Great, efficient, friendly service.

This place is very small and packed...you have to arrive at 3pm to be seated at 6pm, The early bird gets the worm so arrive early. I think Oprah reviewed this place on her show and said it was the best Pizza in the world. Well while it's not the best pizza I have tasted, it is good. A few... More
