Decent beers & reasonable prices @ happy hour

was new to Phoenix and randomly stumbled upon this place. It was very empty when we went (Saturday at 6pm). Was impressed by the number of beers they had on tap (64!!). We made it just before happy hour ended so we got some good deals. The beer I had was very light and refreshing. I'm not a beer... read more

Good lord, they managed to screw up a burger with side salad. Salad tasted like fish, the burger had what could only be a coating of salt. Disgusting. Plus the Gascon malbec was sour. At least the cover band sounded good. Nope, no need to return.

Disappointed in this restaurant. Had expected an off-the-beaten-path restaurant with craft beers and appetizers to match. On the contrary, this is just a run-of-the-mill sports bar with lots of beers on tap in a mall-like setting. Needless to say, we won't be back.

We stopped at Copper Blues before the ASU game because Buffalo Wild Wings was packed; Copper Blues was empty. The manager explained that they'd only been open for a month. They had a huge variety of beers on tap, attractive interior and a set-up for live music. The food was very, very good. We had Quesadillas, burgers and the best... More

As part of a group outing we arrived at the Copper Blues for a drink or two. We stayed a little longer as the live music was very good. Plenty of draught beer selections at this place.

Ok, so the food is not great, but the beers on tap are plentiful in terms of variety and I had a great Hefevison (sp?) Wait staff is fast. last night, a rock band was playing and they were pretty good. The placed was packed solid with people.

Tons of beer on tap, and awesome live music. A few friends and I were in Phoenix on business and met up at the Copper Blues thanks to a suggestion from one of the hotel workers. I wasn't expecting the two giant bars with tons of beer on tap, or the exceptional live music we listened too. Five bucks per... More

Went to Copper Blues for a birthday party. We stayed for the music which started at 8:30. The music was good, but there is no pace to dance. If you're looking for a place to relax, and just listen then this is the place for you. If dancing is your thing then you will need to look elsewhere.

We happened to hit this great place during live karaokee night. The raised stage behind the bar was a perfect setting. The ladies that wait tables are the best looking and best dressed of any place I have been in many years! Food is good also.
