Scramble is a fresh new look at breakfast. It all begins with using the freshest ingredients around and how we do it is no secret. We pride ourselves on using local farmers and vendors whenever possible, so instead of your eggs being delivered across the country in a truck, they are literally coming from across town. From your first bite to your last, you will taste the difference farm fresh makes. The service style at Scramble is quick casual for several great reasons. If you are not familiar with this style of dining, you simply order at the counter and then take your seat and the food is delivered to your table. First off, this is one of the fastest ways to deliver hot fresh meals. Another great reason is you are not at the mercy of a server for a refill or to get your check when you are ready to leave. When you are done, you simply leave, we'll even take care of clearing your table.

We liked everything - you get more than you can imagine. The staff was awesome! I highly recommend to anyone, especially those at the Hilton that are tired of the mediocre hotel fare!

If you are not into resort eating and are looking for a "where the locals eat", you have found at Scramble. Clean, modern, welcoming, efficient, and delicious! A great neighborhood restaurant just right for a great breakfast, a linger over coffee and an update on the haps in the neighborhood. I had the poached eggs done correctly and the crisp... More

We have been to this restaurant several times during our March stay in Phoenix. I am really partial to the huevos rancheros but have had other selections that were equally good. You order at the counter so don't let the line throw you--it moves really fast. The service is great.

I flew in to Phoenix and a friend picked me up at the airport, we went to Scramble for a late breakfast and it was delicious! One of my favorite breakfast meals I have ever had. I had the Chicago Brizza and it was unlike anything I've ever had. It is a lot for 1 person, but probably not quite... More

We were looking for a place to eat breakfast before going to Spring Training, we stopped in here and don't regret it one bit. It was a delicious breakfast. The biscuits and gravy were great. As well the eggs Benedict were "the best ever". I wish there was one of these closer to us because I would eat here all... More

I found Scramble when I was looking for a vegan breakfast option for my daughter. We went last week and everything was great. My daughter was thrilled that they had 4 vegan options on the menu, and I will definatly be going back because there were so many great regular breakfast options to choose from. The service was great, and... More

Went here for breakfast and was totally blown away. It's a busy place but don't worry you will get in fast and have a place to sit. There is a good flow of people in and out of the place so there is room to sit down even if it looks crazy. The breakfast was great and so was the... More

A great model where you order the sit, which really improves turnaround for breakfast joints, which I always feel people spend half their time waiting to be seated. The staff is good as was menu. Maybe a little TOO self service at points, but well worth a try!
