Excellent food and service every time

Timo is a great place to share a casual meal with just one other person or a small group. The food is predictably good, especially the pizzas, and I love the baked, crispy kale salad as a side dish. When the weather is nice, the patio is a nice place to enjoy. Parking is not as convenient but it... read more

How can you go wrong with brunch at a lovely spot, with a dear friend, and some great music for atmosphere? and then add the fact that the food and service were superb and it makes one very happy that we stopped in Phoenix for a day. We enjoyed the Crabcake Benedict and Timo's Benedict- both excellent, especially accompanied by... More

My favorite drink was the white sangria, although I like the red sangria as well. Not a place I would visit often, but the food seems good quality.

We found this place on accident and stopped on a whim. We enjoyed the selection of tapas, and shared a lovely pitcher of sangria. For a last minute find, we were really impressed. We'll be going back!

Timo Wine Bar was recommended to us. I went on to its website... looked inviting and pictures showcased its ambiance! Well, my hubby and I went there for Sunday brunch. Frankly, an employee lounge has more ambiance, and the food was so lack luster, I can't even remember what we had. I didn't rate it poor because the service was... More

Any time I see a wine bar, especially with a decent looking menu, I always like to give it a try. We like to sit at the bar to eat and enjoy a drink or two and we were able to squeeze in at the last two seats around the corner near the service area/wine fridges. The outside seating area... More

This place is beautiful, and I could be there every week and just hung out! The food was ok - nothing out of this world. We went to eat for Restaurant Week and was our first, so the menu was a little different than usual, correction - portions- were different(I hope). Flavors were nice, nothing to remember them for, but... More

I wish I had taken some pics of this place - not only is the outside garden just delightful, but the inside, with the brick oven in plain view is pretty interesting and fun too. We made a last minute decision to have dinner here and with no reservations we only had to wait about 10 minutes. The wine list... More

we were staying in scottsdale over spring break. my husband's oldest sister and her fam also were in town for holidays. we were to meet them for dinner so i went on trip advisor and looked at restaurants close by their hotel and came up with this one. due to traffic we were late so called to move our reservation... Only a friend's recommendation would have led us to this hidden jewel in Central Phoenix. There are a lot of 'wood-fired' pizza restaurants, but Timo's is special in my view because of the beautiful outside dining area, a cheery gas fire pit and, on Thursdays and Sundays, a charming guitar-playing vocalist; all songs of the sixties from Cat Stevens to...
