Only a friend's recommendation would have led us to this hidden jewel in Central Phoenix. There are a lot of 'wood-fired' pizza restaurants, but Timo's is special in my view because of the beautiful outside dining area, a cheery gas fire pit and, on Thursdays and Sundays, a charming guitar-playing vocalist; all songs of the sixties from Cat Stevens to... This place was near our hotel and sounded interesting. We always enjoy tapas places so we can try more new things. Timo did not dissapoint. Its small and seemed to be mostly locals.....did not have a reservation but did not have to wait long for a table. Convenient parking and while we did not use it, there was a cool... More

This is one of the best places to mingle with friends in a patio setting in mid-town Phoenix. It actually has great wine selections and fantastic "Tuesday" specials. The service is casual but efficient in its manner. No matter whether you have a "business" meeting or a "social" date, the ambience will cater to all interests. One must try this... More

LOVE this place! The ambiance & quaint patio are perfect for date night. Ask for Nathan, he made us feel like friends hanging out in his backyard. We had the beet salad which was great & the Mediterranean white pizza from the wood fired oven. The crust was so perfectly thin & delectable. We will definitely be back.

Another neighborhood gem that's perfect for date night. I enjoyed it from to start to finish. Really, the only negative thing about this place is the parking. But, not their fault. The waiter, Nathan was funny, pleasant and explained everything. That's a big plus in my book, good customer service. Sat outside on the patio, which had a good ambience... More

Very nice service, interesting building (former fire station/garage) with cool decor, friendly and attentive service. Loved the (2) peach sangria(s), and the antipasto for two was awesome - loaded with lots of good, quality stuff - and Alexis offered to bring more toast points when she saw we had run out of what came with the platter. Smoked salmon on... More

Great prices at happy hour and really good sangria with fresh fruit🍷 Bruschetta with mushrooms, and caprese salad with balsamic are my favorites.

I enjoy going to Timo's. I love riding my bike there along the canal and sitting on the patio. The food and wine selection is to die for!
