Oh What An Oasis

This is really about the staff & how great they were. Got to hotel early, just needed a place to pop open the laptop...asked if I could just sit ant the bar since it was breakfast period. They still came, asked if I wanted anything. I got a fantastic fruit plate hand delivered by the manager and... read more

I give the ambiance five stars, but the food and service are nothing special. First, the space: the decor of the restaurant is interesting and modern. Even better, there's outdoor dining with beautiful water features and interesting open flame warming features. I would definitely go back just to have a drink and sit on the patio. The food was no... Province is located in the Westin hotel and is the only restaurant in the building. As such it caters to the business/tourist trade but does so with reasonable success. We had breakfast here during our brief stay and found the food to be quite good and the service excellent. A bowl of oatmeal was enough for me while my tablemates... More

Unlike the many of the previous reviews written about this restaurant, we did not have an enjoyable experience. The wait time in receiving our entree was unacceptable and our food was not prepared to our liking. We asked another waitress to have the kitchen cook the grilled cheese again, however our waitress never came over to talk to us or... More

My husband and I enjoyed dining here while staying at the Westin for a meeting. Our dinner was delicious, reasonably priced, and the service was excellent. The chef emphasizes local/regional food sources, and presentation is lovely. Eat here while in Phoenix!

Took a group of 7 people for a business dinner. Very good wine list with a good range of prices.People had appetizers, entrees, and deserts. I did not hear one person say they didn't like their food andseveral commented on how good their dishes were. Bill was under $500 with tip.

Good selection of local beers and good food menu. Had chicken wings and were surprisingly delicious for dry wings; moist, tender, and plenty of flavor. Had IPAs (Don't remember the brewery) but was bartender's reco and quite good. Our bartender, Trini, was super helpful with info about where to go close by and was "johnny on the spot" with her... This solo diner was treated like a king by my waiter, Steven. Somehow, he determined my wish for a NY Times newspaper while awaiting and enjoying my exquisitely prepared breakfast in the outdoor patio area. While having traditional breakfast options on the menu, I appreciated the more unique choices. Great setting, great service, great food......what more could I desire.
