Interesting menu based on Dr Weil's principles. I'm not a very adventurous eater but plenty of choices for me too. We had four very different entrees and everyone liked their choices. We shared two deserts and there was plenty for all of us. We ate outside and the temp was lovely and we were very comfortable to sit and chat.... More

Reasonable menu, decent service and nice food. Bit sterile environment, not really friendly and healthy, more mass market roll them in and out. Also a bit odd with kitchen staff pre preparing meals right in the middle of everybody. But can't complain as food was good as was service, first time I've been to a True Food Kitchen and would... 5 of us ladies went on a recommendation to True Foods in the Biltmore shopping center in Phoenix, AZ. Wow, bright, large, upbeat restaurant with an open kitchen. Kim, our waitress was the best, with a smile and a bundle of information. Healthy food sounds boring? Not after you eat there. The concept and the menu is designed by Dr.... More

Went here for lunch, I was a little worried because it is in a very ritzy area and that is not my style, but I like good food so I had to check it out. The place was very big and bright, very nice but not stuffy. The wait staff were good and not dressed in suits so another plus.... More

what an upbeat restaurant. Fresh food, happy servers, smiling people and lots of energy. The food is great, we had the harvest chopped salad and the salmon with quinoa and beets. The menu was so interesting and we will definitely go back. The kitchen is open and we sat at the bar which is roomy with deep counters. I also... More

You can get a beautifully prepared, healthy, tasty meal using mostly local, seasonal ingredients -- and a glass of wine or a cocktail. What's not to like? I was so impressed with my lunch that I returned for dinner during my stay in Phoenix. I see that there are several around the country, so I'll try True Food Kitchen in... More

What a great concept! Healthy, organic, anti-inflammatory food prepared in very tasty ways! I started with a nice California Cab, and we had their enormous crudites which were different than the usual carrots and celery, with tzatziki and an black olive dip (yum!), and then I was so stuffed I just had a bowl of gluten free chicken noodle soup,... This is the place to come if you are with a group that includes vegetarians or gluten free friends. There is something for everyone, all prepared in a healthy way, and served by knowleadgable service staff. TASTY healthy food! Loved the tacos.
