cool concept and great food

Was hesitant to try this spot but glad I did. The food was definitely different but unbelievably good. The atmosphere was high energy and fun, service was great and would go back again. Also walked through Zin Burger and had a drink at Blanco- Sam Fox has it figured out!

I have been several times to True Food Kitchen, and have always been impressed with the quality of the food and beverage selection. It is sometimes difficult to find an organic restaurant, so this is a gem. Fresh, delicious, and reasonably priced. The only downside is that there is always a waiting period, but for a good reason. I am... More

Lunch here was a pleasurable experience. Although the music is quite loud, it does not detract too much from the experience which seems more like being in California! Healthy options using local ingredients makes for delicious dishes which are good for you too. A wide selection of fruit juices and non alcoholic beverages tempt the tastebuds. My pomegranate limeade was... More

Menu selections are unusual--don't expect to find a hamburger here. I love the fact that local, fresh ingredients are used.

If you are concerned about what foods go into your body, as most people are these days, then look no further. Diverse menu of fish, fowl, grains, salads and stir fry all well prepared with one's health definitely in mind. Really good crisp service and pleasant dining room, although it can get a little crowded and noisy. Biltmore Shopping Ctr.... More

Traveling solo on business I was nervous about my dining experience, but sitting at the bar at True Foods was fantastic. The food was very healthy and flavorful. The staff was kind and welcoming.

The food was excellent but the noise was deafening. Okay I exaggerate .... But it was so loud we practically had to yell to hear each other. Some less hard surfaces and some sound absorbing materials would make it so much more pleasant. I am sure I will forget I left with a headache and go back for the yummy... More

Supposedly their food is based on Andrew Weil's anti-inflammatory diet. It may be healthy, but what is most important is it was very tasty. They have interesting drinks... I had a Pomegranate Limeade as well a Ginger Grapefruit Soda that were both unique as well as tasty.

Outstanding. Heaven for any vegetarian. The favors and choices were endless. Very distinctive & diverse menu. The wines & other drinks were outstanding , particularly " Dos Cabezas" , the local organic wine. The waiters were incredibly friendly and quite knowledgeable. Their recommendations were accurate & helpful.Highly recommend it
