While I have not dined in at Hula's, I have enjoyed their food for takeout. The last time I was there, I ordered the pork tacos for dinner and a slice of key lime pie for desert. I thouroughly enjoyed all the food. The two double shelled tacos I got were enormous! I ended up eating them with a fork... More

Stopped there for dinner on a thursday night based on a reccomendation of a friend. Got there in time for Happy Hour, great drink and food specials. Had the Ceviche and Shrimp starters. Each were $5 and very good. The ceviche was made of Hupa, and was a very generous portion. My wife had the AHI Blackended and I had... More

Had appetizers, drinks and dinner and it was fantastic . Fish bites were wonderful and a very generous serving. An unbelievably fun drink menu with unusual, yummy drinks! We had the chicken sandwich and had to take half home, oh so good with crispy fries. Also had the ribs, literally fell off the bone and can not say enough about... More

I have actually been to Hula's on several occasions for drinks or dessert, but tonight was the first time that I had a full meal. I have never had a bad experience at Hula's, but before this evening, I was never over the top impressed. Our party of four was sat on the patio immediately. The heaters and fire pit... More

I'll start by saying that (1) we did not have a reservation and (2) one of the busiest nights for restaurants, Thanksgiving eve. However, we called ahead and were told that they would try and accommodate us if we were willing to wait. And wait we did. When we arrived there was a large party occupying a table on the... More

The service was not so good and that always sets the stage for the food. The food was good not great, not "can't stop thinking about it" and then you bring in bad service and the good food just becomes mediocre. We will not be back.

I've been blessed to live in Hawaii for 5 years in my life. This food really took me back. The vibe is super chill and they have a great patio. I highly suggest the Mongolian beef bowl!

Amazing place, with authentic Tiki god-like cuisine. The after hours (or all day on Wednesday) is a steal of a deal, with $1 black beans, and $2 plantains. Really appetizer or main dish, you cannot go wrong here. Open till 11, a nice place to relax and unwind - mid-town Central Phoenix style.

This turned out to be a great place, with an enjoyable atmosphere and delicious food. We were a little put off at first, because 95% of the seating was outside and it was August in Phoenix but it was fine. The food was incredible and the service was commendable.
