First and foremost, let me just proclaim that the food here is top-notch delicious! We ordered the Moroccan meatballs, baked goat cheese and the famous pig dip. The meatballs were lip-smackingly good. The pig dip was like mana from heaven. So, two thumbs up (plus two toes up) for the excellent food. Now, the reason I'm giving St. Francis just... More

Great place - hip, good food, good drinks. The only downside is that too many people have discovered it - but worth it

St Francis orders fresh food from local farms, so the menu changes seasonally. The chef owners are creative, and also change the menu to keep it interesting. We like to go there to celebrate special occasions, and sometimes before going to the Symphony. Occasionally hanger steak is on the menu, and if it is my wife will order it. I... More

Another amazing evening at the St. Francis. Good company, great food and always a good wine list. They offer convenient free valet parking. I always recommend starting with the goat cheese appatizer.

Before trying a new place I like to read through some of the reviews. I'm not sure what some people expect when they go somewhere and things aren't "perfect". I will continue to go by the throw out the best and worst theory and aggregate the rest. I watched the segment on DDD and I read the reviews including ones... More

Went because of "Triple D". Food is good. But expected more of a Wow Factor experience. Had the "Pig Dip" (pork loin sandwich with bacon) and it was good. Waitress friendly and attentive. Ambiance was quiet and pleasant (was there at 4:00 before the rush). Good, but not really memorable.

I've been to St. Francis several times, with a group of friends for brunch, with a single friend for lunch and, last night, for happy hour and dinner. The food is fresh and purchased locally. The chef whips it into such unusual and delicious combinations. Last night, I enjoyed an almond margarita, made with almond flavored tequila and risotto featuring... More

Unless your mate has the voice of Fran Drescher, that is annoying and nasely, and you prefer not to listen, only to nod your head, GO HERE! This place is so loud, you really can not have an enjoyable conversation. Because it is so loud, you rush through your meal knowing that solitude is awaiting outside. To add to the... More
