Being a guest at the Biltmore, I frequented this restaurant several times. While I thought the food was a little pricey, I did not have anything there that I did not like. Very good quality.

Food again at this hotel was very mediocre. One expects more from the Waldorf Astoria. Food presentation was poor. Food tasted very bland.

This was such an awesome resturant! We loved it so much, kept coming back to eat here. Service is fantastic. Everything was fresh and delicious. Reasonable price for such a gorgeous hotel, amazing surroundings. Enjoyed their Nachos, chicken Quesadilla, Waldorf salad, Strawberry Daquiri, then came back for brunch the next day, really great spread with lots of fruit and omlet... More

My friend wanted to visit someplace new and special for her birthday, so we decided to try Frank and Alberts at the Biltmore. Our expectations included architectural interest, excellent but probably expensive food and drink, and great service. The Biltmore is among the Grande Dames of hotels in Phoenix and has hosted Presidents and multiple celebrities over the years. The... More

The coffee was great. The convenience works well. Good food. A titch pricey but good typical high end Arizona cafe.

Of the restuarants on the Biltmore grounds Frank and Alberts was our favorite. Reasonably priced for a resort and the food and service was very good. Try the burger, incredible.

I was all set for an amazing lunch in one of the most prestigious resorts in Phoenix. Breath taking lush surroundings and a beautiful airy restaurant. We were promptly seated. I thought the house made corned beef must be delicious so I ordered that and my husband ordered a pork belly BLT sandwich. Our sandwiches soon arrive and I thought... More

Their slogan defines this eatery, which is located in the main building of the Arizona Biltmore hotel. Food is hearty, with a southwestern flair, and amply portioned. Servers are friendly, always smiling, and they are very prompt with beverage and food. Iced tea and coffee were refilled as needed, and we never felt rushed, leaving time for relaxed conversation. We had some gift certificates (more about this later) and thought we'd give this restruant a try. Lovely location and free valet parking. The food was good - but overpriced. The Tortilla Soup is excellent but at $10 a cup...come on! We had the meatloaf and seafood risotto. Both were good - but didn't "knock our socks off." However the... More
