Nice atmosphere - food and service just ok

We stopped by the Arizona Biltmore to look at the architecture of the building and decided to have a light dinner at Frank & Albert's. We sat outside on the patio next to a fire pit - which was very nice. Our waiter was ok, but not especially attentive. We had the southwestern wedge salad and the... read more

Was back in Phoenix on business and ate several meals at Frank & Albert's again. It was great to get excellent and unobtrusive service and also see that they have not taken the tortilla soup off the menus- I remember this from last time I was here! Even when there was a big crowd all at once, the servers all... More

My wife joined me on a business trip to the Biltmore and we dined in Frank & Albert's multiple times. Each time was a great experience for service and food! if you are staying there, be sure to try the tortilla soup and the smashed avocado. Both great along with many of the other options. Tim behind the bar was... More

Was staying at the Biltmore for a conference this past week and really enjoyed my meals at Frank & Albert's1 It was a well oiled machine each time I dined there with colleagues; food was great and service was very personalized. By my last day, servers knew what I needed which was nice. Rachel and Sharon in the morning for... More

We dined in Frank & Albert's last week during a stay at the famed Biltmore- great service, great ambience and great food! We dined outside on the patio in the early evening and Susan took great care of us recommending the ribeye and the short ribs which were both excellent. Good drink selection didn't hurt either!! Thanks again and we... More

Huge plates of interesting salads, and a very friendly team of servers. I tried the Mexican salad - it was really good. It was big enough for a family. Robert tried the Quessedilla and was happy as well. It is a huge space, with nice boots, so we could have a productive business conversation with Robert's partners.

My sister was visiting from Pittsburgh, Pa. and we made reservations to do the tour of the Biltmore Hotel. After the Tour, which was lovely and we highly recommend, we had lunch at Frank & Alberts, we were delighted with our meals, We both had salads and the presentation was beautiful and the food was fresh and tastey, our waiter... Cafe furniture and decor is showing its age, needs to be spruced up while remaining true to heritage. Ditto the menu. Staff sitting at nearby guest table folding napkins. Didn't really appreciate view to car park and entry drive, could be better landscaped. Hilton should not adulterate the Waldorf brand.

The waiter was nice. The dinner was horrible. My friend and I both got sick. The smoked salmon had such a fishy smell I had him remove it from the table. The entree was a steak drenched in smoke flavored barbque sauce yuck, and it came cold. Not a good dinner. Felt like we were robbed. We are still not... More
