I wanted to take my elderly parents for a drink at the Biltmore during the holiday season to enjoy the beautiful decorations and a nice break from the hustle and bustle. We sat around a tiny table in the open area near the bar, with a nice view of both inside and outside. Unfortunately, the drinks were only OK, and... More

I've eaten in this restaurant many times. The staff are attentive and the food is GREAT! Best tortilla soup and fish tacos around!

The food was good, got there right before it closed and they still served me. I had eaten there a couple of times, and do like the food. I think it is the best at the biltmore. Not as fancy, which I like.

We sat in the sunlit atrium on a cool day and felt like we were outside. Guacamole and Hummus were great appetizers my wife and I shared. Our waiter, Charles, did a great job taking care of us. Price point wasn't bad for a hotel, especially a high-end resort like the Biltmore.

Our server were slow and dippy , but that's ok. They add 18 % tip to your bill. Overall food was just ok. Overpriced on the lunch Thanksgiving lunch, it was $55.00 pp and the turkey was so overcooked.

I love Frank & Albert's. Classy and upscale. Top notch service. Classic "Old Phoenix" ambiance with a very appropriate touch of New Southwestern cuisine.

I recently ate at Frank and Albert's which is in the elegant Arizona Biltmore Hotel. Not only is the food unique and gourmet, but the service is exceptional. I ate in the glass enclosed area with a fireplace in the middle. Even though I was not outdoors, it felt like I was part of the beautiful natural surroundings of the... More

My daughter and son-in-law took us to Frank and Alberts for a great dinner to celebrate a birthday, the service was excellent and dinner was even better. It is a bit pricy but well worth a splurge.
