Six of us had tea at the Biltmore, served by Kevin from Frank and Alberts's. He was the best! He made the tea come alive for us, it was like having a personal lesson on tea, and he did it with enthusiasm and passion! We have had tea at other places in Arizona, but this was the best. If you... More

We had 2 exceptional breakfasts at Frank and Albert's. Good coffee, really fresh, fresh fruit and the southwest benedicts were noteworthy. The excellent service and friendliness of the servers made it a great way to start the day. Hotel prices but well, it's in a hotel.

I have been to hi tea at the Biltmore two times and I am going back for a third time. Every time has been great. Relaxed and great value. What was so great was that they even gave us a package of desserts to take home

We just had drinks and a pizza. The prices are what you'd expect at a hotel, but the service was fantastic.

Delicious buffet which suited all from 4 year old to adult. Prices were comparably affordable with children being $10 and adult $20. Pleasant atmosphere in sun room.

I came to your restaurant for a quick breakfast before my flight home.....I was received by a lovely hostess named Lauren who sat me and my server, Sherri, who greeted me with such a lovely smile and enthusiasm. She promptly informed me of the wonderful breakfast served there...I chose the Citrus Ricotta Flap Jacks and they were delicious!....Sherri was an... More

The main reason I wanted to eat at Frank & Alberts was to have their Prickly Pear ribs, which was a special (I think) while I was staying at the Biltmore. Due to the conference I was at, the only time I could eat here was during lunch. I sat down and noticed the ribs were not on the lunch... More

A welcoming smile, and a comfortable, inviting atmosphere. From the time we were greeted at the door, to the beautiful seat and setting, we were immediately excited to dine. Our server was exceptionally proficient in all questions we had about the menu, and attentive at all of the appropriate times. The food - calamari to start, scallops for me, surf... More

Anyone who visits the Arizona Biltmore should dine here and definitely more than once!! All of the wait staff are amazing and we especially enjoyed Tatum who also makes a fabulous skinny margarita. We had some wonderful breakfasts there especially a Southwest bowl with the best Plantains I have ever eaten. They also have fabulous fish tacos made with grilled... More
