We had an opportunity to eat at frank and Alberts tonight. While the food was very good the service we got from Tatum was excellent. She was so very personable, we will be back. Great job Tatum, thanks for the great night.

We spent a weekend in Arizona Biltmore as traveling from Europe. We are from Germany but we love stoping by in Waldorf Astoria where ever we got a chance. Staff in Frank & Albert's was really great as always. From the first moment we arrived atmosphere was relaxing. Food from buffet was tasty and our waitress was attentive at all... More

Only got to eat here on one occasion but the food was good and it was a nice atmosphere to relax in. The service was good and the meal I ate was tasty so I would not have any hesitations about stopping by again for a meal.

We ate here for the breakfast buffet several mornings. It's $20/person and worth it. The food offerings were normal and good; only the pancakes were rubbery, so I avoided them the next day. I really liked the scrambled eggs and French toast. We had one dinner here. We ordered small plates of comfort food, and they were good. For example,... More

The setting is so beautiful, especially if you choose to sit outside on the patio. My first visit was not what I had hoped to experience. Service was not good. Requests for bread and drink refills were not attended to and another waitress had to ultimately help us out. However, the food was lovely. Chose to give it a second... More

My faith in TripAdvisor reviewers is shaken my my experience at this restaurant after seeing the reviews. We ate here because we got a food voucher to eat at the hotel through American Express Fine Hotels and Resorts Program. I usually steer clear of hotel restaurants, but the positive reviews on TA caused us to give it a shot. The... More

Our server was Tatum, a charming girl. Beautiful smile. She greeted me politely, asked what my flavor was which made me laugh. I ordered the southwest chicken salad which blew me away. Who knew a salad could be so satisfying! My girlfriend ordered the crabcake blt sandwich and was also impressed. The amount of crabmeat was pleasing. Tatum timed everything... More

Took the family here for lunch while staying at the Biltmore. Service was great, food was excellent quality, and the menu was very extensive. This really is a great place.

We visited Frank and Albert’s for dinner on a cool evening. We were promptly seated in the outdoor area section which is adorned by several fireplaces. The waitress arrived and asked if we wanted a drink before we could even sit down. We asked her to come back. That was a mistake. She did not return for 20 minutes as... More
