Just ate lunch in Frank & Albert's and not only was the food amazing, the service was even better. Our Server Zach, went above and beyond to make sure each of my Guests were cared for and wowed for lunch. His engaging personality and knowledge of both the resort and menu made for a very enjoyable lunch experience, looking forward... More

Frank & Albert’s is the more casual of the two eateries located in the Arizona Biltmore hotel. Mind you it's not inexpensive... but it is less expensive than the hotel's other fancier restaurant (Wright's). Frankly you can't go wrong with either place, it's just a question of what type of dining experience you're looking for. Frank & Albert's is named... More

I brought 18 college men and myself for a National General Assembly. Went for lunch. Made. Reservation with Hostess Abby. Arrived at 1pm everything was set and ready . Out waitress was Zelyka. She was outstanding helping the young men with choices on the menu. She stayed attentive and did one of the best jobs I have ever seen as... More

A few friends and I went into Frank & Alberts for a couple drinks followed by dinner. We were greeted by Lauren at the front bar and she was prompt and personable. We were seated at a table and Tatum was our waitress. She was extremely knowledgeable about the food and wines. Her suggestions were spot on. Our bottle of... More

Best breakfasts ever, and best wait staff -- especially Ines. She was great -- friendly and amusing.

Went to Frank & Alberts at the Biltmore for lunch. I tried their CrabcakeBLT and I enjoyed every bite. I will and next time I am going to try their Breakfast Buffet!

Six of us had tea at the Biltmore, served by Kevin from Frank and Alberts's. He was the best! He made the tea come alive for us, it was like having a personal lesson on tea, and he did it with enthusiasm and passion! We have had tea at other places in Arizona, but this was the best. If you... More

We had 2 exceptional breakfasts at Frank and Albert's. Good coffee, really fresh, fresh fruit and the southwest benedicts were noteworthy. The excellent service and friendliness of the servers made it a great way to start the day. Hotel prices but well, it's in a hotel.

I have been to hi tea at the Biltmore two times and I am going back for a third time. Every time has been great. Relaxed and great value. What was so great was that they even gave us a package of desserts to take home

We just had drinks and a pizza. The prices are what you'd expect at a hotel, but the service was fantastic.
