Hand rolls are $11-17 for 8 pieces, not quite enough for lunch. No be to boxes or combo plates. Sashimi is more reasonable where you get 5 pieces for $6. All fish is high quality and they have real wasabi and everything is exceedingly good. Very yummy. Love the way they serve their edamame where they have soy sauce somewhat... More

We got into Phoenix late and were looking for a bite so we stopped into Moira. It was still an hour before closing but the staff didn't seem particularly friendly or excited to have customers to tend to that late. The food was very good and the drinks were phenomenal, the cucumber cooler was made with Hendrick's gin and elderflower... More

Good Sushi!! We started out with the miso and it did not disappoint. My wife had one of the lunch specials, spicy tuna and yellowtail. They were good. I had the Sun Devil roll which was awesome.

Moira certainly is not over-priced as many reviews indicated. We found the pricing to be comparable to other sushi restaurants, however, the food was also just as comparable--not great and not poor. The decor is unique and fun bu even sitting at the sushi bar you can barely see the chef's working. They also keep the front door propped open... More

If you are looking for good Sushi in a cool atmosphere, then this is your place to go. They offer a great variety of specialty Sushi rolls and many beers. The beer selection is your typical domestics to local and Asian brews. The modern design and cool mood lighting at night make it a fun place to eat. It is... More

Amazing! A treat for the eyes and the appetite, the food is fit for photos, stunning displays from Fire breathing Dragon Rolls to Stunning Sashimi Roses. We thought it was too pretty to eat but don't let that dissuade you dive right in, it's excellent. The chefs need to be called artists, from the awesome delicate wings on the Dragon... More

The drink menu was interesting, in a good way. Service was good, very quiet when we were there. The avocado salmon app was tasty. The sashimi was good, and presented well. The rolls we had were ok, not great, not as bad as some reviewers indicated. Kinda pricey for good (not great) sushi, but it did have a nice atmosphere... More

We had a large group when we visited the restaurant, and the waitress we had did a fantastic job. It's a small, trendy and hip establishment, seemingly in the middle of nowhere. The restaurant is dim lit, with blue lighting along the bar area. The drink menu was definitely interesting. There were none of your basic go-to's, and a lot... More

So sad to be disappointed, dinner started with fantastic tea and appetizers. Then the sushi. Cardboard, yes thats what I think of. I am a sushi lover, we tried 4 rolls and found all of them dry to the point I almost couldn't swallow them without a drink.

Small but trendy sushi place with happy hours Monday through Thursday, 5 to 7pm, with reverse happy hour Friday from 10:30pm till close and Saturday from 9pm till close. It's usually pretty quiet when I go. I wasn't too impressed by the food (tofu nuggets, edamame gyoza). The udon was standard and the lemon grass dish was pretty good, it... More
