Description: The Sierra Bonita Grill is named after the historic Sierra Bonita Ranch in South Eastern Arizona. Founded by Henry Hooker in 1872, the Sierra Bonita Ranch was known for it’s hospitality and innovative ranching methods. We would like to celebrate the spirit represented by Mr. Hooker and other pioneer ranches throughout Arizona with our restaurant and hope to continue the tradition of great food and hospitality. Our menu reflects the hearty cooking style of Southern Arizona ranches, many of which were started by Spanish and Mexican families. We will continue to explore the ongoing Mexican and Latin influences on this area’s culture and food. Patio seating available to accommodate 30 people.

We had our holiday luncheon here today and I really enjoyed it. We had 1 of the rooms downstairs and the waitress was wonderful. I had the enchilada stacks that were really tasty. The Carne as ads look yummy and the steak and shrimp looked really good. Can't wait to go back and try something. The guacamole was wonderful. Great... More

If you are looking for a nice, clean, southwest feeling dinning, this is the place. The house named salad is really good. I also loved the pulled pork and Carniasada beef. The staff was very nice, the restaurant was clean and authentic and the food was amazing. I can't wait to go back.

We took family out day after Thanksgiving in appreciation for our three nights' lodging and fabulous Thanksgiving dinner. The food is amazing! It's so difficult to make a choice because everything sounds fabulous. Our grandson (10) ordered Carne Asade (he ALWAYS order this - he says it rocks!) I had the chicken enchiladas and they were terrific. The two men... More

Normally I do not eat at Mexican Restaurants when visiting from my home of 20 years in Baja, but friends insisted we give this place a try. It was impossible to decide on a entree, everything sounded so good. All of the dishes that arrived at the table not only looked fabulous but each had it's own individual taste and... More

While visiting friends they invited us out to Sierra Bonita, living in Mexico for 20 years I feel pretty educated regarding Mexican food. Everything on the menu looked so good I could hardly decide. Every dish that was served had it's own individual taste with a impressive presentation. Staff was awesome!' Don't miss this place, disappointed you will not be.

Sierra Bonita is about 10 minutes from our home and a place that we frequent regularly. It's a great place for lunch and dinner. Even with me being a picky eater, I can find something on any menu to eat, and Sierra Bonita is no exception. I am sure that whatever you like, you will enjoy this place. Most items... More

This is a great find only about 10 minutes away from where we were staying at the Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak Resort. We were looking for a place frequented by locals, with dishes that reflected local or regional specialities. Sierra Bonita Grill really fit the bill. The night was a bit crisp at dinnertime, so the table near the quaint... More

The Cowboy Steak was one of the best meals that I have had in Phoenix. Service was attentive and the margaritas were worth bragging about. Wonderful decor and a comfortable setting make Sierra Bonita Grill a very worthwhile dining experience. It can get a bit pricey, but the meal makes it all well worth it.

Our recent visit to the Sierra Bonita Grill turned out to be a culinary delight. Specializing in what they call Southwestern food, their innovative chefs create unique, wonderful meals. The prices are reasonable and the service was very good. Each of the four of us had a different entree and each one thought theirs was the best. Call ahead to... More
