Prado is in a very modern, luxury resort with great service. I think that the Italian inspired cuisine can't keep up with the standards. My server, I could hardly understand, although he kept reminding me that he was there to help me decide. I chose the Burata then the Tagliatelle. Both had way too much tomatoes, then sauce for me... We had a mid-afternoon nosh at the Prado Mbar; the chef graciously agreed to provide us with some tapas, although it was still a bit early. We had the fried calamari, smoked salmon bruschetta, and prosciutto on toast; all were delicious, along with some very nice house Merlot and Chardonnay. Later that evening we had dinner at the Prado: beef... More

Being a Vegetarian, it some times seems a little hard to find enough choices to eat. The staff at the Prado made alterations to the menu to meet my requirements and provided excellent service. The food was great for dine in as well in-room services.

Friendly staff, good choices on the menu. There was an option for a breakfast buffet. Quick service. Newspapers available.

The menu at Prado is full of interesting options and has a decent wine list. They have live music on Friday nights which adds to the atmosphere.

Service was very prompt and food was served hot and tasty for all the group during both mealtimes. Wait staff was very attentive and friendly. Always ready to provide for your needs. Without being asked, they were filling my coffee cup at breakfast and my Arnold Palmer at lunch.

This past Saturday evening I took my husband to dinner for Father's Day and it was by far one of the best dining experiences we've had in a Phoenix restaurant. OK - we're SUPER PICKY as I LOVE to cook and dream about having my own cooking show. That's a passion for another time! So, we don't eat out that... More

Service, atmosphere, food quality! We had breakfast here while staying at the resort. It's not until you're seated on the outdoor patio overlooking the pool, grounds and mountain that it begins to sink in that you get to eat while taking in this view. At that point, I would have been happy with just about anything to eat, but then... More

The service (almost overly attentive) and food was wonderful but it is extremely expensive. Only ate here once during our stay.
