So sad his was an awesome place. We are snow birds and wanted to go to lunch and saw signs in the window that it was for lease. I looked in window and every thing was still there. What happened?

This is truly a 'Find' The food is fresh and well prepared. Had a grilled veggie sandwich which tasted absolutely great. I had expected (based on friend's recommendation) a high end expensive dig. Instead found this delightful, bistro type place where the chef quite obviously knows how to cook Italian. We were a group of seven and everyone loved their... More

Excellent fried calamari, some of the best I've ever had. Very tender, fresh and the breading was light and flaky. The pasta dishes were all good just not spectacular. The cannoli was delicious. I could hear the manger scolding a bus boy on several occasions. That was not cool.

We found Amarsi this past Spring. Love the pasta dishes as well as the wonderful veal. Pizza was incredible---just like back East. We would also recommend their homemade desserts. Wonderful find run locally.

We had a party of 14 staying at the Ritz-Carlton at Dove Mountain and wanted a break from in-house dining. What a find in Amarsi!! Many times, a large group can throw a restaurant into a frazzled state, but here is where Amarsi excelled. Mind you, the business group of my colleagues that came have travelled the world, and everyone... More

We enjoy every visit to this restaurant more than the last one. The service is superb, the ambiance extremely comfortable, and the food "is to die for"! They have a wonderful wine list along with some very good special wines at attractive prices. We had a special dinner for seven of our friends a couple of months ago. The owner... More

I've lived in Tucson for more than several decades and I must say that Amarsi is the best Italian restaurant I've had the pleasure eating at. Having sampled most of the fare on their menu I know that everything is wonderful. My wife and I eat there several times a month.

In a shopping center in Oro Valley, this fine restaurant will dazzle you with their selections. As a native New Yorker I was genuinely surprised by the food. Service is outstanding and the owner is a joy. Ask and you shall receive. Monthly theme dinners are a highlight. Make the trip whenever you visit the area. Great happy hour bar... More

Dining at Amarsi is a delightful and relaxing experience and the food is high quality with wonderful flavors, excellent wine choices and the owner happily will alter a recipe for those with special dietary needs. Our sons visit from Sacramento and Seattle, and each have dinner at Amarsi on their list of must-do's while in town. Chicken Parmesan is outstanding,... More

We're from NY but have been living in Tucson for several years. Service and atmosphnere delightful, and the food is the best we've had out here. Since we've discovered Ararsi it has become our favorite restaurant. We drive all the way up from central Tucson, but the dining experience is well worth the trip every time!
