good service and good food

Been to the cafe at least 2 dozen times. Find overall a great breakfast experiance. The only exception on the menu is the jeuvos rancheros (mexican egg dish). Not homemade at all, canned refried beans, an salsa, bland. You want this dish try mosaic cafe or carlottas in catalina, homemade. Im... read more

Do you like Churros? Sorry, that's a stupid question...of course you do, who doesn't? Do yourself a favor and order the Churro French Toast, it's a unique spin on french toast and just delicious. Overall the place was quiet, friendly, and fast with the breakfast. I'll for sure go back next time I'm in the area.

Whether you are a seasonal visitor, a weekend guest, or a local, you can't go wrong for breakfast or lunch at the Sahuaro Cafe in Oro Valley. The service is consistently excellent as is the food. Don't be in a rush. The wait is worth it!

Food is marginal but the floor is covered in slippery grease with packed in dirt. You can see a middle path of relatively clean floor and then the packed in greasy dirt begins. Look around the booths, the walls, the furniture and the entry way. It looks like they ran the mop down the center of the floor and left... More

I apologize for the unacceptable condition of our floors upon your visit. We had a coffee machine "repaired", that then brewed coffee all night and flooded the restaurant damaging the floors and some furniture as well. It has been an insurance nightmare but I am happy to report that next Monday and Tuesday all of the floors are being cleaned... More

This is a very popular place. The morning we dined here with friends, the place was packed and every table was either occupied or contained dirty dishes. It appeared that they were very short-handed. The food is predictable and the quality acceptable. I'd return here if I was looking for a breakfast place in Oro Valley.

We have been her a couple of times because we have followed our favorite Server (Janice) from another restaurant. Good breakfast food and lots of choices. My daughter likes the Churro french toast. Tastes just like a churro. The staff is friend and they will also make sure that we get to sit in Janice's section or will switch tables.... More

Easy to find and lots of parking. Family run business with decent prices for better than average food. Had the pulled pork sandwich on homemade bun. Very good. The homemade pies were made with canned fillers and the pastry was the worst I have had. Recommend for a quick breakfast or lunch... go with no expectations.

When we are back in Arizona, it's always nice to go back to Sahuaro Cafe. The staff here are alway very helpful and friendly. We have always found the food very tasty and nicely prepared. If you have not been here yet, give them a try. I think you will be happy you did. Gary/Mark Thanks.

We had breakfast on Saturday morning. The place was very busy, and the only seats available were at the counter, but service was prompt and friendly. The staff clearly work together! The decor is nice -- don't let the strip-mall exterior throw you -- and the food was very good. The Sahuaro Cafe looks like The Place for breakfast in... More

What a great neighborhood find! Had to wait a few minutes to be seated & worth it! My first visit & my boyfriend's second & he was certainly right! Interesting menu, friendly service & was hard to decide because so many unusual choices. We both had their signature omelet & was so large I couldn't finish it but worth every... More
