Nice Surprise!

The sandwiches were delicious and the meat was melt in your mouth tender. Generous portions of our side dishes too. Service was good as well. There are photos on the walls that seemed to be of the area in earlier times. Fun to look at. We will definitely eat here again.

This wonderful restaurant is chock full of surprises. It surpasses expectations with delightful creations for lunch and the service is fine. The getting here is spectacular and this is a great place to sit, ponder your ride up the mountain and enjoy a fantastic sandwich and a glass of wine.

Beautiful location, great ambiance, views, food, staff, outdoor dining and inside dining with a roaring fireplace. Friendly, helpful staff, decent prices and the food is delicious. We have made this restaurant and location a monthly trip ! The meals are large enough to share and they even have little blankets to use if dining outside and it's a little chilly.... More

Got to Summerhaven and tried this place. Food was great and service was excellent and loved that they had a fireplace going. Highly recommend the Pulled Pork on Homemade Potato Chips. Its a meal in itself. The only drawback was the weird semi-heavy metal/progressive rock music they played while we were there.. Not sure if this is an everyday "feature"... More

What a surprise to find a good restaurant in a tourist venue. Service was good and very friendly. The corned beef and most other things are house made including desserts - the bread that was very good comes from a bakery in Tucson. The reuben was one of the best we've had. Worth the trip.

This is the only real restaurant in Summerhaven. A good place to stop on your way up or down the mountain. The food is above average. The service is above average as well.

Well it was just one light meal but it was GREAT. We had a bowl of the owner's own recipe Turkey Chili and I would have thought about licking the bowl if I had been at home.

After our drive up Mt. Lemmon, we expected slim pickings as far as restaurants up top, and we expected to pay more. We chose this place because it looked like a place with variety. It was. Good menu, although my son ordered pulled pork which was substituted to brisket, which was dry. Otherwise all other food ordered was good. Not... More

We visited here in Jan, 2014. The food was great. The staff was knowledgeable. It was quite cold outside that day and it was a good place to stop, warm up and grab lunch
