It is a small coffee shop with one treasure, the Ponche Swise. It is a soft fruit shake very tasty. We also took the Capuchino combo with an almond cake and it was also good. We strongly recommend.

You will not be disappointed if you go here, they do the best juices and shakes, you can actually taste the fruit. They do a great toastie also. The staff are very friendly. I would certainly recommend this place for breakfast or lunch. We were only disappointed that it was closed two other times we tried to go back.

Went in to try the famous shake and wasn't disappointed - unusual and tasty but definitely didn't need a large one as it was pretty rich! Yum :)

Ponche Suizo is famous because of his drink. It's a mix between a shake and a cream and it's made of fresh fruit. Absolutely delicious!

This place isn't amazing by any stretch of the imagination but its worth going in to try the poncho suizo. It seems to hovers perfectly between a solid and a liquid, a bit like the foam on a well poured guiness, except sweet and kind of artificial-banana tasting. The chatty owner was really proud of his father's invention, a closely... More

Their signature Ponche Suizo drink didn't immediately do it for me; perhaps it just needs to grow on me. I don't agree with an earlier reviewer's comparison to Orange Julius. Egg nog comparisons might be more accurate. I first thought I tasted hints of banana, but it later tasted more like a cinnamon and nutmeg combo. Frothy, but certainly no... More

My boyfriend and I read about this restaurant in Lonely Planet, and were persuaded to stop by to try the famous drink after which this restaurant is named. We ordered our Ponche Suizo and decided to split it because we weren't exactly sure what to expect. Turns out the drink was "splitable" in the sense that they served it in... More

My husband and I went wandering around looking for this little cafe to try this famous unique beverage that people deemed a "must try" on Trip Advisor. We split one between the two of us... and after one bite, my husband had had enough. I gave it about 6 bites and concluded that it was a bit strange eating flavored... More
