Cozy little place on the corner that has great coffee and possibly the best sandwich I've had in months. Definitely worth a stop in for lunch. There is also a book exchange (most are for sale) with some actually decent english books. The owner is a character, but we enjoyed her company.

- very, very good coffee, hot Chocolate, brownie, carroy pie, sandwiches,... But it also has a price. - The lady (origin of Denmark) is very talkative and kind of weird. Try to ignore her, cause you can't get rid of her. Although she really recommend her homemade chai, it wasn't that good. The waiting time is very long, and she forgot... More

This cafe has a lot of potential, but the owner made us feel so incredibly uncomfortable during a simple breakfast that we wanted to leave. Some people should not be in the food industry if they don't handle multitasking, having more than one party in the shop, or keeping orders straight! This woman practically shouted at us explaining about her... More

We only got the coffee, which we are passionate about, as we roast and grind our own. This delivered! The owner is talkative....be prepared to visit if you engage her.

Nice to have a coffee, chockolate or so and a sandwich. Just go and try. The place is nice and of course Baños is good for a visit.

I came here on a trip with students from my university and we absolutely loved the food! The environment was warm and welcoming, the music was lovely and the owner was quite an interesting lady. However, the wait was quite long. I was a little frightened to ask after the progress of the food, for the response was harsh. My... More

It is obvious that the owners really care about the quality of their food and drinks. I had a tuna and cheese sandwich and a chai latte, both were fantastic. The sandwich is so with the $7, and it's definitely big enough for an entire meal or even for two people to split. Thanks!

The Danish bread the owner makes is FANTASTIC. My fiancé and I ordered the combo breakfast and were stuffed at the end of the meal. Good, wholesome, yummy food. It takes a while to get breakfast, but we haven't been to a restaurant in banos that didn't take a while to get served our food. The Danish owner is quite... More

This place has the best selection of authentic Danish bread anywhere in South America. The proprietor is a fiesty breadcrumb who is extremely knowledgeable about good coffee, smoothie purity and whole wheat Scandinavian carbohydrates. She has a bountiful selection of inexpensive travel magazines for her guests to take home. If you don't see one you like on the bookshelf, feel... More
