There are better places to eat

Had lunch here on a Sunday afternoon in early March. We didn't eat anything that was extraordinary, basically everything was just average, to include the bread, that was served cold. The waiter was rude, he had an attitude from the moment he came to our table. I even had to stand up to find the... read more

Great food - especially the king crab which was superb. I booked during the day and had a table by the window with an incredible view over the port. We watched our ship for Antarctica coming in while we ate! The staff were very friendly and attentive. A friend had recommended this restaurant to me. No the cheapest - but... More

Great view to the port of Ushuaia, delicious food, polite staff, speaking English... Really a place to remember! Eat a crab - will not forget it for a long time... A bit spicy, but just perfect in taste, served in a shell. The beef and the salmon were also pretty good. Highly recommend that restaurant.

The restaurant is well located and meals are good (Iv'e had king crab in mornay sauce and almond ice cream tooped with chocolate and ordered a white wine from Mendoza). The service is good. But the ratio quality / price is not good. Prices are too high. You don't leave this restaurant with a good impression. I don't recommend it.

Eat here on a Sunday lunch time. Should have known better as it was almost empty but it's a large restaurant overlooking the water so I gave it a try. Waiters did everything they could to avoid my eye or signal and they weren't exactly rushed off their feet with three other tables being served. Steak I had was basically... More

Great food. Three of us different king crab dishes and one had beef. All excellent. Service was mediocre but we did not have any problems.

I enjoyed a king crab ceviche which tasted very good and was prettily arranged on the plate. The chocolate vulcano dessert looked and tasted awesome and is highly recommended! The restaurant is as everything in Ushuaia quite expensive but a good bet for this town.

We arrived at the restaurant, ordered mussels and the famous king-crab. The mussels were really big, but due to this also completely dry. Some mussels were closed, hence old. The kingcrab was in a tomato sauce which was a soup with parmesan cheese. We ordered king-crab with mushrooms and beans in a brandy sauce. The service was worse. The waiter... More

Next to the harbour, with a good view. This restaurant is a little bit more expensive than all the others, but the food quality is perfect. We've tried kings crab, salmon fish and beef. All were perfect made.

They specialise in King Crab which was amazing - and gave may good advice to pick the way it was cooked. Good service, good value, great views
