Nobody from the chef to the waitstaff wants to be at Vera Cruz. This is evident in the food offered and the indifference displayed to the customers.

My daughter ordered the fettucini with cream sauce. She was delivered a bowl of fettucini (they got that right) in a yellow soup with 2 individual packets of cheese to add. Really bad and tasteless.
