A cosy and charming bar and book shop. Extensive coffee and spirit menu. Warm and atmospheric and books to peruse whilst passing time in El Calafate.

We went to the cafe twice and we had a great time spending some time there. The first visit we had empanadas and coffee drinks. The second time we stopped by to drink a hot chocolate and churros. Very tasteful. The music, the ambient and the staff are worthy of your time.

Met a bunch of people, we'd met whole sightseeing. Good location, lovely hot chocolate with rum :) and definitely the place to be the night Argentina beat the Netherlands. We watched the impromptu celebrations and street parade...!

This place has a buzz going by virtue of being situated along the main avenue and right outside a shopping hub. They have outdoor seating as well as an enclosed restaurant upstairs. The bar menu is extensive but not expensive, the food menu too has a lot to offer. I ordered their cold cut platter and even though they advertize... More

Nice place in El Calafate to have a quick meal or a sandwich. The handmade beers are not bad and the food good. It worths more for the atmosphere and decoration - a bookstore quite warm and welcoming place.

It`s a place to relax and have something to drink. The wine list was as good as the musical selection. It is situated in the middle of the town and it appeals to locals and tourists alike.

Beer was expensive, service as slow (mid afternoon), but the venue is well laid out and popular with locals and travellers alike

Loved the decor in this place and it is great to have a beer after dinner and a long day of excursions and socialize with friends and/or locals. They have some craft beers that were okay and the malbecs were pretty good too.

Would go back in a heart beat, loved this place. Staff are helpful, olives or popcorn with you drinks. Food was basic but nice, not too expensive. No service charge and a totally gorgeous decor - a book shop with great music. Doesn't feel like a tourist trap at all, huge wine list too.

It's a great setting but is essentially an "import" bar, ie all the paraphernalia of any western theme bar, with a few translated into Spanish quotes on blackboards. It is very cosy and welcoming having said that. Prices are not though. Stick to beer, anything else is hugely expensive. I looked at the malt whisky list, and it was a... More
