One of the best in El Calafate for meat which is prepared on a spit. There isn't much to write about the menu which consists mainly of meat with a large selection of side dishes and Argentinian wines. Although it is a large capacity restaurant, it gets full very quickly so unless you wish to eat early, I recommend a... More

The best lamb I have ever eaten. I needn't say more. It's not the cheapest but nowhere in El Calafate appears to be. My wife had the chicken kebab too which was brilliant. The portions are huge!

Parrilla Mi Viejo is in the main street of El Calafate. They serve the classic Patagonia Lamb, plus many other dishes. Mi lamb was good, it comes in a hot plate to keep it warm, a very generous portion is served. I did not eat at all the Green Bean Salad. What is curious is that in any other restaurant,... More

Located in the center of the city, easily recognizable due to the lambs roasting in the front window. Great grilled food - I highly recommend the grilled lamb viejo, lamb in a champagne and mushroom sauce. Reasonably priced for what is served.

We came for dinner here. I had the BBQ lamb, hubby had the gnocchi. Both were awesome!! Lovely waitress, spoke good English. Liked it so much we came back the next night but it was closed! :(

Highly recommeded for lamb and trout, we orderer cordero con salsa champiñónes (mushroom sauce) and trout with Salsa de camarones (shrimp sauce).. they were very delicious, portions were quite abundant so if not really hungry i would suggest to share one of those meals specially if you order some starters. Great meal and great customer service.

What this restaurant lacks in ambiance it more than makes up for in quality of food. We had the best steaks in Argentina here...twice.

This restaurant serves your typical Patagonian lamb bbq'ed over wooden fire. The meat was a bit dry for my liking but nonetheless tasty whilst their sides were good. My companions tried the vegetarian soup and surprisingly relished it. Not expensively priced. But not that special that I would return here, if back in El Calafate, I'll try some other place.

Most delicious lamb served here! My wife who chose seafood/fish dishes was happy with all her choices too.
