A very mixed bag here.

Went for dinner. Fried cheese appetizer was great. Breaded shrimp with guacamole also great. Bread with their sauces also good. Flank steak with vegetables really thin and not pleasing. Filet was rare when ordered medium but a good piece of meat. Service exceptionally slow. It took 45 minutes to... read more

Only had steak and a shrimp appetizer. Can't say about anything else, but the meat was divine. Service was very nice and we were introduced to wines from the area. Will come back here.

one of the top-notch restaurants in the popular resort of El Calafate, our dining experience was a truly pleasant surprise: from the menu choices, the carefully selected wine list, to the superlative service and the pleasant ambience highly recommended for a romantic evening :) oh, and the restaurant is well guarded by a charming sentinel dog !

One of the best places to eat Cordero Patagonico. The service was very good and the prices were reasonable. Recommend!

Thankfully this was one of the few places open for lunch on January 1st at El Calafate. It was not on any of our recommendations from books or friends, but I am glad we went there. The place is right on the town, walking distance from anywhere. It was, without a doubt, the best meal we had in our entire... More

This is a gem. You must try the grilled cheese. I am not a cheese person but I ate the whole thing. It comes out in a personal cast iron pan. I do not know what was on it but it was really delicious. Then I had a rib-eye unlike any i had never seen before. Rib-eye is not my... More

Had a little over an hour for lunch in between buses and decided to come here. Turned out to be a great decision. Wifey got a lamb risotto dish, which was pretty good. We had a wonderful green salad too. The true test of quality came with the 1/2 portion Bife de Chorizo: perfectly cooked (bien jugoso per my asking)... More

Nice looking restaurant from without and within, however, the good looks did not transfer to more than adequate food. Service was ok and the place has nice ambience. I had trout that was average and overcooked. The grilled vegetables were very good. Two people had pasta dishes - that I tried- and both dishes were blasé and without much taste.... More

We were here twice over 5 days. Food is nice, staff are great, Wi-Fi is easily the most reliable in town. We spent a few hours having some food and drinks whilst booking a whole load of things online. Classico Lomito is a great lunch time meal.

It's a great restaurant. We especially loved the sauces for the cubierto. It was very tasty. The service was excellent. Loved the ribeye. The lamb was a bit overcooked and a good sauce would have fixed it but the sauce is extra. Great wine list. The location is right smack in the middle of libertador avenue. It is pricey but... More
