One of our favorite meals in Argentina!

So happy we tried this place! What a gem! We had an absolutely delicious meal: a huge ribeye, perfectly cooked and enough for two people; a huge, fresh salad, easily enough for 2-3 people; a 'platter' of fries, which could have fed a small army, and of course a perfectly paired bottle of Malbec... read more

This place is ridiculously good. Extremely well-priced, well-focused on delivering good meats, very respectable wine menu, very homey (if not a bit too colonial) of an environment. The ribeye steak was perhaps the best I had in Argentina. And the skirt steak and other proteins (trout, chicken) were also quite nice as well. The fries were fresh cut potatoes and... More

The food here was amazing. It came recommended by the hostel I stayed in and I wasn't disappointed. It was pretty busy, so you may need to book ahead. I ordered the lomo, which was delicious. You can order salad and various types of potatoes as sides (mashed & fries). The mash was a huge portion but wasn't great, I... More

After reading all the reviews I was expecting to have a life changing experience....it was ok. Maybe we ordered the wrong thing, I don't know. We got the ribeye, it was a very nice cut of meat, but it was very bland with little flavor. Everything else was great, just don't go with the ribeye.

My experience at the restaurant did not reach my expectations. The restaurant is, small but cozy. The food was nothing special. My option was a bife de chorizo with a green salad. The bife was poor in flavor, and a little overcooked. The salad was ok, but that it. Restaurant has a ok service, personnel is friendly, but for my... More

We were so lucky to have gone to this restaurant, discovered through other reviews on Trip Advisor. What an experience!! The most delicious steak, salad, provoleche, dessert topped with a bottle of red and cafe con leche... all for the ridiculously cheap price of 100 pesos each (4 of us - equivalent of around £8 each including tip) I still... Seriously. Stop reading. What are you waiting for? I said stop! Go now and order the perfectly cooked Ojo de Bife which for 75 pesos gives you two amazing pieces of meat totalling 400g. Or get the Lomo for 90 if you've got less of an appetite and prefer a "higher quality" less fatty cut (the wife's choice). And get... More

We ate here twice during our stay in Bariloche. The restaurant is small and the service quite efficient despite the fact that there are only two servers. Typical Parilla type food with hugh portions ! They take rreservations. Unfortunately, our meal the second time was not as good as the first as the lamb cuts were inferior the second night.

This place is nicely situated at a small house just above the city center. It is a mecka for food-lovers. The food is just excellent, from the entries, through the gorgous meat to the delicious deserts. The service is perfect and the cost is a lot less than what you would expect from such a place.
