One of the best vegetarian restaurants I have ever been to. I am not a vegetarian and the food was great, they have a really good menu with different and creative options for main dishes (quesadillas, crepes, stews, quiches, etc) and the desserts are incredible - the beetroot cake (budín de remolacha) is a must have! The staff is very... More

Thus restaurant is by far our favorite in Bariloche. It is a bit out of town, but well worth the trip and a perfect spot to re-fuel and relax after a mountain biking trip. My husband Is a serious carnivore, but thought the quesadilla was the best he ever had. Let me also say we have had many good ones... More

A very welcoming and cozy place with vegetarian food, a rare specialty in Bariloche, located at 500m from Laguna del Trebol, in a nice natural setting. The lunch menu is not very diverse there are about six main dishes to choose from but everything is home made and fresh. Nice choice of fruit smoothies. The place does breakfast and lunch.... More

This is amazing vegetarian food! My boyfriend who is a hardcore carnivore loved it, I did even more so. Unfortunately it's only open for lunch really (10am - 6pm) and closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, but do make an effort to go, you won't regret it! For late breakfast eaters they do have a breakfast menu as well. I had... More

This meal felt homemade, seriously. It was just right, light and savory. Mercedes (owner and chef) was very attentive and welcoming. It's worth the hike out of town!!

It had to happen some day in Argentina and what better place than Bariloce where majority of the people came from other parts of the world and from Buenos Aires's top layer. Aashi means smile and this cute, little place will put smile in your face if you do NOT consider packaged, processed Food Inc. stuff as "food". She cooks... More

We stayed in Bariloche for nearly two weeks and ate at a number of restaurants. In our party of 3, we concurred that Aashi was the best. Healthy food (can even prepare it as vegan, if you wish), that is incredibly tasty. Although the menu only has about 5 main dishes, including pizza and burger, each one was really good.... More

Aashi is a hidden gem in Bariloche. After riding 27km around the lake, my husband and I stopped here to refuel. We each got super smoothies loaded with great ingredients. The menu looked amazing with great vegan and vegetarian options made with organic ingredients. We also stocked up on bread, chocolate cake with white chocolate chips, organic barley, spices, and... We arrived on foot from Cerro Campanario at noon, hoping for a tasty organic vegan lunch according to all the reviews here. The woman at the shop told us the cook wasn't there and wouldn't arrive until 1:15pm. We left hungry.

Visited Patagonia for the past 3 weeks, while in Bariloche we did classical stroll in circuito chico and found this lovely cozy house in the middle of the forest. I must say it was a pleasant surprise, you just don´t find a organic resto in meaty Argentina, and the odds to find it here are even slimmer. We try different... More
