We had been advised the Bariloche was renown for is trout, so this restaurant seemed a sure bet. This is where this review is difficult, it seems our European tastes differ to South American, we like trout moist where as all the trout we sampled in South America was well cooked and tended to be dry. Hence the trout here... More

Very good indeed, but is not as fancy as it looks. However it has an interesting policy for no yelling (small kids). I am a father but I know how to recognize if my kids were making unwelcome noise to others. Is not really nice my friend and yes, you should really stay at home before you do that to... More

We ate here two times within four days. It was conveniently located right across the street from our hotel and the price is right. It is amazing to know that there are only 3 cooks and 2 servers that run this place. I do not think that there is a bad thing on the menu. The pork medallions were our... More

We had a very good meal - cheese fondue - along with wine and a salad. Had to add the Bife de Lomo for dipping! Can't have a meal in Argentina without sampling the outstanding Bife! This was one of our favorite meals of the week. Total price for the two of us was about $60USD.

Excellent food and service. Breadsticks to start are terrific. Skip the bread that comes later. Started with ensalada resto both times. Huge portion and very tasty. One night tried the albondigas de cerdero and the gnocchi. Other night we both had fish, the trucha and the salmon. Everything was excellent except for the accompanying side dish of risotto de hongos... More

I was with a group of five and we wanted a more upscale dinner than the places we have been eating. The setting is really pretty (sadly we went at night so we couldn't enjoy the possible view). The restuarant is on bus stop km 7. You use bus 20 to get here. The food was amazing. I got the... More

This is a great restaurant. We had two of our best meals here over the course of our 2 week stay in Argentina. The menu is varied but not overwhelming, great choices. Steak is amazing and the Trout bruchetta starter is fantastic. We really loved this place - Highly recommended,

I went to las Morillas with my husband and we really appreciated it. First of all, the view to the lake called our attention. Besides, the staff is very very nice and very welcoming. The food was also really tasty. We ordered lomo (meat) with morillas and trucha (fish) to have two different kinds of dishes and everything was delicious.... More

This is a great restaurant to try the traditional food from Patagonia cooked with imagination. We went twice and each the second time was even better than the first! We had trucha del lago (trout), ravioli (both types are great) and the entree of traditional meats (unmissable). Come here if you want to taste fresh and inspiring food.
