Amazing

Incredible flavours, great service. A must stop when in Bariloche. If you are in town and enjoy great food and do not go, change your name.

My wife and I had the 6-course surprise tasting menu. The dishes we had were not always the same; that way we were able to sample more varieties. The ingredients were fresh and the food was delicious. The portions were decent, and we were definitely full by the end of the meal. Wine pairings was not part of the menu,... More

What can we say about Almazen de Sabores that other reviewers haven't written yet. The quality of the food is just amazing, with a perfect combination of flavors, textures and both local and international ingredients. It's a small, cozy restaurant, with great personalized service tendered by the young couple of chefs-owners-hosts. They are very nice and friendly, and will make... More

Each dish is unique and served with its own special styling, flavors and plates. The flavors are complex and complimentary. The blend and are special for the item being served. Just ate here as one of our first meals in bariloche and it didnt disappoint. Though its a but outside the city it's a gem to find and well worth the drive. Six course menu and bottle of wine for about a third what we'd pay back home. The owners/chefs were amazing and so kind. Truly a delicious meal coming... More

My husband turned 30 during our 7 months of travel, and we happened to be in Bariloche for his birthday. As a treat, I wanted to find the best possible restaurant to have dinner to celebrate. We had the entire restaurant to ourselves since we eat "early" in Argentina (i.e. 8pm), and we opted for the 6 course tasting menu.... More

I was amazed with the incredible flavors!! The place is very special, small but cozy. The music, the quietness, I would really like to go back again. Thank you Franco and Lucila for your special treat!

My fiance and I visited Almazen de Sabores last night having checked trip advisor for recommendations. I can unequivocally state this is the best food I have tasted in South America, perhaps even the best meal I have ever had, and undoubtedly the best value. My fiance and I opted for the 6 course tasting menu (priced at incredibly reasonable... More

While staying in Bariloche, Argentina we checked Trip Advisor and found this cozy, delightful local restaurant. It is run by a husband and wife team who have made part of their house into a tiny restaurant. We chose the chef's six course dinner so that we could have a chance to sample as many tastes as possible. The food was... More
