It's a great place to taste the true flavour of the Patagonian Cordillera. You won't regret it. This is an awesome experience, they start around noon, Victor Goye tells you the history of the curanto and how it started in Bariloche, they set things up, and you have to come back around 2 or so to see how they take everything out already cooked. We were lucky enough to be in Bariloche on a sunday, and went here for lunch. We had never had curanto before, and everything they brought out was absolutely amazing. We never eat a curanto . Is typical in the south of Chile ,and we found it here . They cook the food ,( meat ,vegetables ,) on top of charcoal wood ,and then they cover all with earth ,sand .etc .It takes like an hor and a half to cook ,and it is delicious .
