Highly recommend this place for sea food. Everything we had was extremely tasty. You could taste the freshness of the seafood. The shrimps very especially top notch. The place has a great atmosphere and the service is very friendly. We also had an English speaking guy attending to us and he tried his best to explain things to us and... More

Make reservations as it's usually packed half an hour after opening. The mixed seafood wasn't as expected, some of it was grilled, some deep fried, nothing special. The abadejo was good. The langostinos in garlic were tasty. We waited a good 45 minutes for the food though.

In spite of the days we were there being the National Lamb festival, we went for seafood. Lambs are best in spring, when they have not been frozen, so we had none. Most tourists did. The wine list was very good, and wines were available at room temperature, which I like. Now in Argentine restaurants most red wines are served... More

Understandably popular restaurant on the main street, with a noisy buzz given the number of diners. Extensive menu with generous portions, an excellent wine list, very efficient service and great value for money. Seafood is its speciality but there's also a huge non-fish choice. Booking essential.

This nice typical restaurant is constantly full, therefore I would definitely suggest either to phone them and book a place, or simply pass by few hours before and book your table. We went twice during our staying in Puerto Madryn, and the second time I had my best fish meal in Argentina. The price are in line with the other... More

Went at 11PM one night and there was a line out the door. Went back the next night at 8pm and got in no problem. Staff was very energetic and friendly. I had the mixed seafood which is a huge plate of a variety of sea food prepared differently. The shrimp and prawns were very good. Calamari was good. The... More

Best meal we had in Argentina. They really do know what fresh see food means. I never had sea food of that quality in the US. The meal was great from start to finish, wine, dessert, coffee were all excellent. Outstanding value for the money.

Ate dinner on third night at Puerto Madryn. A power cut affecting part of the restaurant may not have helped. Waiter was OK and helpful but I felt the balance of attention was too much in favour of locals and I felt that we (and other visitors) were tolerated rather than welcomed. I finally got my cooked/ fried seafood medley... More
