This place is locally renowned as the best seafood restaurant, but I was very disappointed. The picada de mariscos (warm seafood starter) was clearly cooked in advance, you know when cooked food gets partially dried and it is revived in the micorwave or in a pan... The main dish - a fish with Atlantic sauce - was barely passable. Also... More

Very good seafood restaurant, mainly local clientele, unpretentious but friendly. The fish is fresh, good quality and nicely cooked and great value for the price. A bit off the beaten track.

It is not the best but not the worst. Seafood is fresh and they have other options (steak, pasta, etc) on their menu. Kitchen is open until late and waiters are very kind.

I suggest to order the picada especial ( hot and cold included) (pictures uploaded) for 200 pesos for two. The food surprised me, it was too good. It is not true that the place is for tourist, when i was there everybody was argentine. The waiter is rude, but if you are ruder, he becomes super efficent. (Give him orders... More

Stayed in Puerto Madryn for 2 nights, went to this restaurant twice! It was recommended by locals. The seafood is really good and there is a lot of variety. We ate like 6 different dishes of crab, shrimp and scalops and could keep going. Definitely a favorite.

Very good food and thus its not very easy to find the place it worth visiting. The restaurant is about 10 min walk by the main street to the north from downtown, there is Mariscos del Atlantico sign on the side of the road. Then you just need to turn right into green gates and in about 50m left. There... More

The fish was great but the service from our waiter was to say the least perfunctory (verging on rude) and this inevitably detracted from the whole experience. A shame because in four weeks in Argentina our overwhelming experience was of a great welcome and excellent service.
