Nice!

Our hotel recommended this restaurant. It was very nice, a nice change compare to all the Parillas and meat restaurants. We are small eaters and had 4 tapas to share, wish is enough for us, a bottle of wine and water. Bill was around 420 pesos. The papas bravas, gyros and langoustines were our... read more

We were spoilt for choice with so many lovely restaurants in Salta. This one was tucked away a little, but lovely inside. The chef was very friendly & happy to chat about his experiences & what he is trying to achieve with this restaurant. We tried the sampling menu - very good & interesting, but we wouldn't choose this again.... More

We would not recommend the 480 peso 9 item choice as we did not like any of the dishes. The beginning dishes were very salty and had the same toppings of tomato and green onion held together with a cornstarch type gel. The calamari and octopus were rubbery and swimming in oil. The shrimps were overcooked. The fried potatoe dish... More

We literally just returned from our dinner at Bartz and could not recommend it highly enough. The food & wine was first class, a wonderful experience. We met the owner on our departure who stood out in the rain to hail a taxi for us. He couldn't be nicer, and gave us tips on vineyards in the area. Please do... More

We wanted to go out eating something after a long day driving but we could not decide what and where. With the help of TripAdvisor we finally chose the Birth Tapas. Even if we already know (thanks to the other Reviews) that it was a good restaurants with good food we were surprised. The food is amazing well presented and... More

I like trying new food and this place didn't disappoint. We got the 480 pesos menu for 2 people and it definitely was enough food! We were stuffed! Lovely creative dishes and lovely service too.

Nice restaurant at a good location. Very friendly staff. We had the Bartz Classic menu for two persons. It's 9 or 10 different tapas and two desserts. Mostly fish in our menu, but there is a lot of choice with meat or vegetables on the menu. Very good value for your money! The tapas are well prepared, nicely presented and... More

This restaurant offers a lot of different meals to the rest of Salta. However, the two I got (an Italian and a Portuguese meal) were not that great. You knew what they meant to do, but you didn't taste it. A pitty. Big wine selection. However, quite expensive

This is one of those places you are glad you find when you are travelling. Superb produce, tasted fresh and well balanced. Nice selection of local wines to match the cuisine. Location and service were good also. Well recommended.
