Tasty cafe food

Nice for a casual dinner. simple dishes, cooked well, nothing outstanding reflecting the price and casual setting. Service was slow but polite and friendly.

We went to cocina Ramirez because of the good reviews on tripadvisor. First of all the menu did not have any starters only main. The waitress came right at us to ask what we want for dinner so we had our food 15minutes later. The food was good, but basic. When we were finsihed we did not get the menu... More

Ramirez rocks! And his food is amazing! Healthy, tasty, yummy! Don't think twice! Opening hours; for lunch and then again from 9pm onwards. I still can't believe how nice he was. I came back the next day but unfortunately it was a regional holiday so it was closed. I would've eaten there again though!! We (Dutch girl and a British... More

We went to Cocina Ramirez in August 2014. It was really close to our hotel. When we visited it, it was after a week of meat and empanadas eating so we were both craving for some veggies. Cocina Ramirez is a little restaurant with a dozen tables. The menu offers various type of dishes so if you are a meat... More

My husband and I tend to go overboard on parilla when we go to Argentina and so it was a nice change of pace to eat at Cocina Ramirez. They had other types of food (although I still had red meat -- a delicious hamburger -- that felt leaner than the US or UK equivalent). We were the only foreigners... More

GO! GO! GO! It is "off the beaten path" but not really as it's just a 10 minute walk from main square and near the bars. It is not touristic, has incredible food and optiosn for all (I am a vegetarian) and its a nice break from very typical argentine food. the service was excellent, great wine list, pretty restaurant...
