Fun night. Met another traveler with whom we shared a lively conversation. I had a tasty dish of lamb with a mashed potato crusted topping. Husband had an unremarkable chicken dish. The place was hot inside although they had a fan. Interesting that in a country that enjoys and makes nice red wines Many store them improperly and serve then... More

We had a very good lunch at this place. Althoug a bit expensive for our budget and compared to other restaurants in Argentina, we really enjoed eating here and sitting in the nice patio. Recommended!

Protected from the noonday sun by umbrellas, the patio is a lovely place for lunch in the middle of Tilcara. The food and service are both very good

The food is based on local products (goat cheese from the farmers in the regions, llama meat too) but has a more creative and refined touch! We loved the breaded goat cheese (milanesa de queso de cabra con mote a la provenzal), the sopa de quinoa (quinoa soup), the llama a la naranja (llama meat with orange) and of course... More

This restaurant is just a block from the main square in Tilcara on one side and the church on the other. Get a table in the lovely backyard garden (covered with a cloth to block the sun), which can't be seen when you look in the front door. The menu includes some very tasty regional dishes. We enjoyed the lentil... More

We ate here during our stay in Tilcara and it was a lovely night. The atmosphere is really nice with the musicians playing their music. It's a cozy place and the staff is friendly and fast. The food was not the best we had, but I never tried llama before you I assume it supposed to taste like this. The... More

We went there on recommendation of our guide and were very impressed by the contemporary interpretation of traditional local foods. Great wine selection.

This restaurant was recommended to us by the hotel where my parents and I stayed in Tilcara which coincidentally is also called Patio but no relation. This was my parents' first experience with Argentine steak and they ordered the lomo al pimiento which they said was the best steak they've ever had. Beef in the north I found generally to... More
