The service was terrible, never was asked if we would like water, took for ever to get someone to take our order, while waiting for our server to come back we watched him cleam high chairs for ten minutes. Finally spoke to the manager who was very apologetic and comped our meals. Our server came with the bill and said,... More

I know this place is a popular destination but I'm personally not a big fan of the food. I feel that it's "Americanized" Mexican fare and not the authentic flavor I look for when dining out for this type of cuisine. However, the restaurant has great ambiance and would probably be nice place to have margaritas and apps with family/friends.

This my favorite local Mexican food restaurant hands down, but you will pay the price as a typical dinner entre is $12 - $15. Very nice atmosphere with two location to choose from.

The Rancho de Tia Rosa offers the finest combination of great atmosphere and outstanding Mexican food in the east valley. We have visitors from Chicago who insist on returning to Tia Rosa's McKellips location. The roast pork is fine; prepared during 11 hours of roasting; tender and seasoned to perfection. Everything on the menu is well prepared. Meals offer a... More

This is one of my favorite restaurants in the area.Good for lunch or dinner with outdoor seating options. The best part is the slow roasted beef or pork in any dish you choose. Great on quesadilla or burrito. Chips come with red and green tomatillo salsas. The flavors are slightly upscale from traditional Mexican fare and the atmosphere is lovely yet... More

Good food , authentic and an excellent atmosphere. Nice little bar area and outside seating on the patio. My favorite is the Flying Saucer with shredded beef.

The main building had apparently burned down a month and a half ago, but their "Taqueria" was still open. So my family and I swung in at 830PM. They closed at 9PM. We normally don't close restaurants down, but we had a long day and decided to eat anyway. We felt a little guilty. Food was awesome. But at 905PM... More

This restaurant is located in a very pleasant shopping center, right in the middle of it. The place is quite big and all sorrounded by a very nice Mexican ambience. We went on Thursday night and it was busy but after less than 10 minuted we got our table. Slection of food is impressive! I got the seafood tacos and... More

Best Mexican food! If you want good Mexican food and a nice atmosphere, this is the place to go. We take our out of town guests and never have we been disappointed. You can get food to-go, or sit down and enjoy the restaurant, in a quiet setting in East Mesa.

When in Phoenix we always eat here! This time, we ordered the sopaipillas and were very disappointed... The order came to the table with 2 square flat breads, unlike any real sopaipillas we've ever seen or eaten before. Please, Tia Rosas go back to the traditional sopaipillas!!!! The place is still great-the food, the service and the ambiance!!!!
