Had a group of 7 and they allowed us to call a day ahead and 'reserve' a spot for a birthday dinner on a Friday night. Great food and friendly service. They even sang happy birthday when asked! You don't get a free dessert or anything if you're not signed up for their 'e-club'.

If you plan to go to this Red Lobster, please make sure you a lot enough time to wait as this Location is frequented by the snow birds. There is a 55+ Active adult community across the street. Other than that, the food is what you would expect.

My parents happen to like Red Lobster so we tried it again. It's still just okay, we aren't impressed.

Mesa area is FULL of older folks - our parents are no exception. Everytime we visit they want to go to Red Lobter. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED that this visit they made my 91 year old dad & 85 year old mom walk ALL THE WAY TO THE FURTHEREST POINT of the restuaruant to sit down! (I had stopped to... More

Nothing really exciting but the kids enjoyed the kids meals. The food is a bit bland, whether in Seattle, New Orleans, or Phoenix, it doesn't matter how close or far you are the ocean, Red Lobster will find a way to bring the exact same dish to the masses.

My wife and I recently went to Red Lobster for a quiet dinner near home. The evening started out shaky as there was no hostess and we waited for about 10 minutes. After we were finally seated, the service was excellent. Our server offered the daily specials to us and recommended drinks as well. After settling that, we ordered our... More

Food was nothing like its description on the menu and was served by staff who really didn't give a damn.. ! When I questioned the staff about issues with my main course (after 1 mouthful) they were dismissive. Thankfully the cost was low so we all just paid and left quickly. The best part of the experience was the 'salad'... More

Took mother out for a fish dinner, and they were having their lobster feast so decided to spend the extra and try the big lobster plate. Should of thought it through having eaten lobster in Canada at a lobster village. The lobster was over cooked. When mentioned it to the waitress she just said it is they was that lobster... More

This is the 1st time we have been back to Red Lobster in years, mostly because it's quite expensive. We both had lobster. My wife's and my roasted lobster tails were both overcooked, but my steamed lobster tail was just right. The linguini that came with my entree was rich and creamy -- nicely done. The shrimp was overcooked. The... More

Fantastic experience tonight: I went with my elderly parents. We had wonderful service, (with humor), and great food. We ordered fresh oysters on the half shell, which my mother and I agreed were outstanding. The fish was well prepared, moist and attractively plated. Those cheese biscuits continue to make us eat too much! When we left, the amount of people... More
