Our party of 10 dined here last night; 5 were children under the age of 12. While the adults enjoyed the kick of the salsas and homemade jalapeno poppers, the kids were able to pick from a great menu of non-spicy items and they enjoyed their meals as much as we did. Our server was super patient and friendly; she... More

Best New Mexican food since travelling through New Mexico. Both red and green chili are Hot but some entre choices are mild in flavor and very good in taste. Told myself I would end the meal with sopapillas and they were delicious. Good thing I had company to help eat them. The restaurant doesn't stand out on the outside (drove... More

This is a fabulous "New Mexican" restaurant, just as "Tex-Mex", it is different than "Mexican". New Mexican is typically spicier, so for that I would agree that if you don't like it spicy this is probably not the place for you. However, a natural way to stop the burning is honey, they have wonderful sopapia, so get an order of... More

We searched out Mexican Restaurants and tried this one. WoW.!! what a treat. The staff and Owner (John) were terrific and the food was fantastic.! The RED and GREEN sauces are incredible. We liked it so much, we went back again.......All 4 of us agreed that it was one of the best Mexican Food Restaurants we had eaten at. We... More

If it was not for the good service and friendly people I would have rated it less. The food was way too hot. It was so hot I could not enjoy the food. My lips were on fire. I think there is a reason that when they seat you they come with a pitcher of water. I have had Mexican... More

I have visited Los Dos many times while in Phoenix (I have my sister, a local, to thank). I am sure you can find something without heat, but here why would you? Great service and wonderful food. Always a great meal!

Never disappoints! Try the enchilada dinner plate for a real treat. Very friendly service too! Atmosphere is very casual but food is worth it :)

This restaurant had some of the most authentic Mexican food I have ever eaten. Very spicy and blazing hot, but there were menu choices for those who prefer food that is not so hot. Luckily we had a translator in our group that helped, but there was also a waitress that served as well for those who do not speak... More

Finally, Mexican-style food with a flair that doesn't taste pre-prepared. Our group really enjoyed this place for lunch but be prepared for a step up in spiciness. Salsas and fresh tortilla chips were very good and the chicken and beef enchiladas were terrific. Also enjoyed the green corn tamale and the chili rellenos, but the blue corn tamale was a... More

Authentic New Mexican cuisine is different that the more mild and savory Sonoran style. This is spicy and rich. The food is unique and once you have eaten there, you become a cult follower. There is nothing else in the valley like it. The red and green chili are both hot. There are many dishes that are for those that... More
