We came here on a Saturday for lunch-- knowing that it was Indian food. Some things you need to aware of: Indian food is an acquired taste. All that was on the buffet for meat was chicken, chicken, and more chicken. Along with the chicken was goat-- Billy or Nanny- I don't know. Not very tasty. The sauces the meat... More

Everything was wonderful! 1)No cheap plastic or melamine plates for serving your food on, (thank goodness!) But actual real China/ceramic plates and special decorative stainless serving dishes etc! 2) The waiter knew what to suggest so we could have a nice variety as a couple, only $19 something included desserts! We had lamb, 2 types of seasoned chicken, basmati rice,... More

This is my new favorite Indian restaurant. The garlic naan is light, fluffy, and incredibly tasty. The chicken masala was my favorite dish. Pleasant, open atmosphere. relaxed and un-hurried. Very clean! Can't wait to come back!

I have been going to Guru Palace for years now. Before I started visiting this location I frequented another one of their restaurants (Indian Dehli Palace). Today, is the last day I will ever return to either. I usually purchase takeout and spend about 50 dollars each trip. I ordered takeout around 1pm which I usually order at night, and... More

We use Guru almost weekly for take-out, and sometimes for dining in and buffet. It is always reliably good. They do not have the sophistication of some Indian restaurants in England but food is always good. Favourites are chicken Korma, chicken Tikka Masala, garlic naan, peas pulao. Service is excellent.

Can't say enough good about this place. The decor is beautiful with murals and woven textiles, linen tableclothes, etc. The staff is friendly, attentive and knowledgable. Both meat and vegetarian options are available and they are all very good. The food is to "die for" allowing for all spice tolerances with a spice chart going from 1 - 10. We... More

First visit was very pleasant. Attentive and impeccable waiters serve you delicious food with distinguished taste. You can choose the spicyness. Impressive choice of dishes and also a wine and beer list of good variety. Loved the fruit shakes. The chicken was wonderfully tender, the just as it should be and the menu choices were perfect. Moderately sized portions for... More

Extensive menu choices offer something for everyone. There are a couple Indian beers, domestic beers and decent wines to choose from. Full bar on the premises with a sit on the floor on pillows area as well! We dined early on a weekday and by 6PM the restaurant was nearly full. We were able to choose the spiciness of our... More
