Good lunch buffet

Stopped here for lunch and were surprised about how good the buffet turned out to be. All kinds of familiar Indian dishes and fruit and yogurts as well. We particularly loved the garlic nan. Service was very friendly. Buffet was less than $ 10.00 and drinks were included. Nice alternative to... read more

Very sorry I visited. Atmosphere was as cold & uncomfortable as was weather, outside. Food was not At all enjoyable. Meats were over cooked, foods were undercooked, and fruit was Way over ripe. I tried their hot beverage which taste like sweetened water. Service wasn't customer friendly. No menu was offered, just steam table, for lunch, for over $9.00

Buffet offers a wide selection of Indian dishes. Sample as many as you wish and go back for favorites.

The ambiance and service was ok, unfortunately extra spicy means that the chef just goes banana on the pepper mill instead of using indian spice blends. Food was edible but nothing extraordinary as I have grown accustomed by eating in ethnic restaurants.... For the price you pay, the portions are rather small for american standards...

This has got to be the worst Indian food I have tasted. The korma was supposed to be creamy, it looked like brown sludge and had very little taste. The Tikka Masala was better and the chicken was of a good consistency. However, the goat was all gristle, fat and bones with very little meat. They did give us another... More

From the appetizers to the entrees everything was delicious, authentic and infused with flavors. We enjoyed every bite from the soup to the mixed grill, from the breads to the shrimp, it was a feast.

After wintering in the valley for 9 years and eating out at restaurants very often we were pleased to find this great East Indian restaurant. Clean interior, excellent well informed waiter and waitress, nice decor and good house wine. We had the "hotness" of our dish at 4. We are fairly seasoned in East Indian food and found this just... Went to the Guru Palace for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. They had several attractive items on the buffet including salad and fruit. The Tandoori chicken was very tasty, the Palak Paneer was prepared very well, and the Lamb Curry was spicy without being over bearing. Not the best Indian I have eaten, but close to it. If you are... They do buffet on the weekends plus formal menu services if you want an À la carte. We've been there on Sunday. Food was good and they had adequate dishes on buffet including salad and desserts. I loved the Chicken Tikka Masala, Mango Lassi and the Garlic Naan. Waiters were well dressed and well behaved.
