We were in the Mekong Plaza and decided to have lunch here. The staff was very friendly and we were seated promptly. We opted for the ala carte lunch menu because we wanted to share rather than to have one dish per person. The shrimp pad thai was lacking some of the condiments, such as crushed peanuts, crushed chili, fresh... More

We were there for lunch special my cost $6.95 my partner $10.75 because his came with a soft drink. It was not busy but yet the food took forever and worst both dishes were so sweet. When I complaint to the waitress the my food does not match what I order from the menu. She just says sorry we ran... More

After reading the reviews of this restaurant, my friend and I were really looking forward to eating there. We arrived shortly after 7PM & it took a little while for someone to take our order. When we finally ordered around 7:15, the waitress told us the service wouldn't be fast. I should have asked how slow. We waited, and waited...the... More

We had dinner at Thai Spices in January 2014. Food and service were great. Had the papaya salad with grilled shrimp, and the green curry with chicken. Both were delicious. Service was prompt and friendly. Nice find in Mesa !! Give them a try !!!

We just retuned from Thailand and I was craving papaya salad unbelievably.... This place did not let me down with a huge portion served by a really friendly Thai waitress. We also had the mussaman curry which was great too! This place is great!

We ate there last Saturday night. Very reasonable prices (pad thai for $8.95!). Large portions and excellent customer service. The décor is very nice and it is connected to the Chinese Market too.

I tried out this restaurant with a friend last night, for the first time. We were surprised by the variety of unusual menu items (alongside such standards as pad Thai) and the very high quality of the dishes we ordered. The fried rice, which I usually avoid, was the best I've ever had; my friend had a delicious noodle-soup dish.... More

Tried the sweet potato starter. They were fried light and crisp without a trace of oil and were very tasty. We also tried a plate called Thai Spices Basil and you can have it American style with regular chicken or Thai Style with chopped ground chicken and a crispy soft fried egg. I thought this variation of this dish was... More

The waiter was able to answer all our questions and proactively tell us what dishes may not work for us as strict vegetarians (in many thai restaurants, I have found the waiting staff to either not know or not care about if a dish is vegetarian). The Tom Ka soup was a bit on the sweet side, but otherwise excellent.... More

Everything, almost, is from Thailand in this restaurant. The owner and the cooks are from Thailand. The food is really Thai and good. The rapport quality - price is excellent in this very casual eatery. The service is good and the atmosphere to. My favorites the mussels and the curries. Galanga (a root) and the lemon grass are masterly used.
