Ancient Food prepared for today

Great staff with old world food that everyone should try. Even if you are not a Cornish miner, you can appreciated the mix of flavors and textures of a pasty - amazing variety of fillings with a pie crust reminiscent of my mother's I enjoyed as a child. British pub atmosphere found in Arizona! Dark paneled wooden doors as table tops and black curtains transport the diner into Cornwall's mining past. The menu offers lots of variations of the traditional cornish pasty, including BBQ chicken and Mexican-style with green chilies. My wife and I enjoyed the traditional bangers and mash Cornish pasties, while drinking beers alongside strangers who... More

Food, service, atmosphere; they can't be beat! Oven fries, salad and entrees are always great and this time we tried the smashed peas - delicious! And as always, the banoffee pie is to die for!

I was born in Michigan so I grew up with pasties, my husband had never had one until I took him to Cornish. They were absolutely fresh and flakey. The shephard's pie was to die for and don't tell her I said this, but the traditional was better than my grandmothers!!! We will absolutely be back!!! The bartender was phenomenal... More

We ate here with a group of family and friends. The food was very good and they had all different kinds of pasties. I have not had any this good since I was in England. That said, this location was very noisy and it was hard to have a conversation with the people we were with without yelling. I would... More

My family loves coming to Cornish Pasty. We're always torn between getting our favorites and trying something new. All the pasties we've tried have been great. We've even started bringing our friends here on double dates. Great place to hang out especially on the outdoor patio. Great beers and wine as well. See you there!

Atmosphere has improved! Not quite as dark and more light. :) More drafts and expanded to have pool tables and a chill area..and my favorite sculpin grapefruit ipa! Luv the ships, lamps, mirrors, music and 70s decor, i thought it was 1976. Where is farrah? Pastries r wonderful, soups r unique and the bread is yummy! I could just eat... More

When I get to meet friends and coworkers that live in other parts of the valley I love to bring them to Cornish Pasty, it something delicious and always unique and fun. They have great salads, wine list, beer list, wonder ice teas, and fun desserts. The best fries in town too. If dining with a friend sit at the... More

My family and I are visiting from California and this is some great food. We were a party of 7 with a baby and waited over 30 minutes for a table after being told it was a 15 minute wait... very frustrating, but they were busy and sit small groups community style at the larger tables. We were about to... More

Love the food and service, Such a fun place for a date or with friends. Prices are decent too! Makes me feel nostalgic for the pubs of Europe.
