Great Food, Scattered Service

I love the concept of this restaurant, and their extensive menu is really fun to look through. They have a lot of inventive choices. The salmon pasty is delicious, and they definitely don't skimp on the salmon. However, the ambiance and the wait staff weren't as good as the food. I stopped in... read more

Interesting American take on a very old English dish. Mind-boggling selection of fillings that the Brits would never have dreamed of! As far as the actual pastie goes, they've completely nailed it, both in terms of construction and cooking. Because the pasties are cooked to order, they definitely do not qualify as fast food, but are well worth the wait.... More

So, this is a unique place. I wouldn't call it English pub style, but it does have long, multi-party tables like some European restaurants. It's DARK but they do light candles at night which adds some ambiance. There is a nice section of couches which gives a "living room" feel. There is a pool table and two dart boards. I'm... More

This is a good sitdown restaurant with full bar, dining room and more. I like to know a place is clean, so we sat at a separate bar area in full view of the kitchen. I was impressed with the help and food prep. This place has a really good assortment of Cornish style pasties. Having grown up in Michigan... More

I'm new to this place after hearing from my husband how much he loves the food. So now it's become a regular spot to enjoy a lunch or dinner for both of us. Lively, great service, great menu and consistently delicious. I prefer lunch myself. Not quite as loud.

This is a fun place to visit, with a dark interior featuring black-and-white photos of English miners, a reminder that pasties were created by them to provide their daily meals. The crust makes the pasty special and easy to pick up with your hands and it keeps the food very hot until the last bite. There are probably over 30... More

Food, atmosphere, staff...all amazing. Pasty is a trendy mix between a romantic spot and fun hip place that I was introduced to several months ago and instantly became the food place that we consider home....black walls, very low lighting, Jameson bottles on all of the tables with white taper candles stuck in them that illuminate very sexy-like, cool servers (hippie-ish,... I want to start off by saying I tried really hard to enjoy the food. My son and daughter-in-law love this place. There were six of us and we all tried a different Pasty. Everyone like their dishes but my wife and I. I tried a bit of at least 3 others but they all tasted like a Hot Pocket... More

I love the atmosphere, great mix of people with outstanding pasties. My favorite is the carne adovada and the pilgrim.they offer a good selection of craft beers 34 oz mug. Portions are large and they have a large choice of desserts as well.always a good time.

Amazing atmosphere, food, and service. Try the Meat and Cheese pasty with the red wine dipping sauce--you'll love it! You can't go wrong with the Chicken Greek either. The European style seating makes for friendly, relaxed dining. Old church pews make up for most of the seating, along with long, rectangular tables. Candles in wine bottles adorn every table and...
