Even the place is known by their grill, as it was holy week we only got fish, but it was outstanding, the boga and the surubi was great, also you can try the lamb a little dry but with amazing flavor. Recommended if you are in Rosario, , also they take credit card, something difficult on this city.

This was not our best choice. The place is huge, with lots of tables too near one to another, the place is noisy, there must be some problem with the accustic, we were 6 in a round table, but we can´t hear the voice of those in front of us, because it was covered by the general noise. The menu is... More

This restaurant has a strong reputation among people. However, it's selection is expensive when compared to others with better food quality and in some cases much cheaper prices. It's very well located, with great view of Paraná river and Rosario's coastline. Personally I ordered the typical Argentinian BBQ with coworkers and the meat was somewhat rocky.

Don Ferro had good food and wine, but there were a few things they can improve on. The empanadas we ordered were still cold in the middle, we had to ask numerous times to get our wine, and the service was in general dismissive of us. That being said our steak was great and the fries well cooked.

This restaurant has generally good reviews and was recommended by my hotel in Rosario. But I must document my experience. When I arrived at the restaurant, the smell of cleaning products pervaded the restaurant. I was very hungry, having just arrived on the bus from Buenos Aires. I ordered mollejas verduro and one of the local fish dishes. Both arrived... More

Very nice restaurant, great location, average food, it's pricey. You actually are paying for the place rather than the food.

If you are looking for some haute cuisine with "affordable" prices considering the quality you are getting, this place is one you should try. The city has grown a lot by the river in the last years, and this restaurant is prove of it. Characterized by its incredible meals quality, kind service and varied wine cellar, this place is the... I had the thin pork steak--I know it has another name like Motambo, but really most excellent. I think the food in Rosario is great, so to say this is my favorite mean outstanding.

Rosario is the place to eat tasty local riverine fish, like surubi, pacu or boga, Don Ferro is a nice place to have them, although a little on the expensive side. And not necessarily justified. The place has a nice view of the river and the service is OK, the food is also OK, but not Exceptional.
