Very good ambiance and fish

Even the place is known by their grill, as it was holy week we only got fish, but it was outstanding, the boga and the surubi was great, also you can try the lamb a little dry but with amazing flavor. Recommended if you are in Rosario, , also they take credit card, something difficult on this city.

We went to Don Ferro on a rainy evening December 2015. We were so well taken care of and had such a fine dinner experience. Recommend it highly. The building is an old railroad warehouse structure that has been extensively cleaned up and made industrial chic. It has a lot of fine features and a great vibe right when you... More

Beautiful restaurant along the Parana River. The food is delicious. The service could be better for the price you pay for your meal. Also, be prepared to wait more than 45 minutes to be seated. But worth the way. The food is very fresh and flavorful.

This restaurant is suppose to have great meat, great "asado", one of argentina's typical foods. But it is really expensive and the meat is not very good, is a bit plasticky. There are a thousand better places to eat "asado" in Rosario. I don't recommend it

I went here with a group of six friends last night for dinner. My expectations were high because it had been recommended by people who had visited Rosario previously, although I should have been suspicious when the desk clerk at my hotel warned me that there were other restaurants in town with better meat. To be honest, it wasn't the... More

It's a big restaurant that can handle a large group. Good food but not as good as many others. Service was poor and not very attentive...which as a foreigner is important.

Argentine restaurants are a real learning curve for Americans. You have to learn about the " Cubiertos" as well as the strange approach to tipping. But I've been to Don Ferro twice, and both times the food and service was great. It's a lovely restaurant and a beautiful location by the river, and serves upscale Argentineans steak and parilla entrées.

Had a fabulous Entrecote Steak here, but you have to beg for a decent table and to be served. Desert was ok, but the check never came, had to get up and go to the cashier, off course the sum came wrong...to their side as always, pointed the error, got no apologies but an angry face intead...was planning to came... This was not our best choice. The place is huge, with lots of tables too near one to another, the place is noisy, there must be some problem with the accustic, we were 6 in a round table, but we can´t hear the voice of those in front of us, because it was covered by the general noise. The menu is... More

This restaurant has a strong reputation among people. However, it's selection is expensive when compared to others with better food quality and in some cases much cheaper prices. It's very well located, with great view of Paraná river and Rosario's coastline. Personally I ordered the typical Argentinian BBQ with coworkers and the meat was somewhat rocky.
