Good atmosphere

The owner or manager greeted us as we arrived by shuttle and invited us to this place. We got 10% off with cash. He spoke good English. Live music was a nice background. Good food and fair price. There were local children selling wares for donations that was distracting (and sad).

Pizza was really good, but we struggled to get service. We had to ask multiple times to get various beverages and dessert menus. It may have just been our waiter, because it appeared others around us weren't having the same issues.

We came here on recommendation from the taxi driver. They seem to drive traffic here. We didn't regret the choice. You're in the heart of the city, the place is colorful and had some nice live music later in the evening. If you've already had more than enough Bife de Chorizo, go for the local fish. It was well prepared... More

We came to Color based on great trip advisor reviews and ordered the 'Great Argentinian Steak' (effectively a fat Bife de Chorizo) and the 'Beef Kebab'. Don't mess around, get the steak - it was great! Kebab was not good - overcooked, but we would highly recommend to eat here, wine was at reasonable prices too.

Runs mainly on recommendations from drivers and others. A very snooty place where no one smiles, not even the lone lady waiter. Very average food and expensive. There are a number of alternatives in the area particularly,Terra.Service is poor. No English is spoken.

I was going to head to Aqva or another highly rated trip advisor restaurant but upon arrival they were all quiet and empty and this place was full and had live music. Enjoyed the fun energy and my steak . Atmosphere matters especially when travelling alone.

We where tempted into the restaurant by the personable and friendly man on the door, who proudly exclaimed 'best steak in the state!' Quite a statement! He took us to the kitchen and showed us the meat and it looked fantastic, and being our first night in Argentina, we were very happy to dine on steak and red wine. The... More

We had arrived in town from our jungle lodge on a shuttle, so had just over 2 hours to pick a place, order, eat, pay, etc. In Argentina, having dinner in two hours can be a challenge (not that we mind, generally, the custom here of slow but good service typically is meant to let you enjoy your food and... Not sure what we did to upset the waiter but he treated us like we were wasting his time choosing from the menu. The food was poorly presented and not worth the price wepaid

Argentines are good cooks especially for items off the grill. Unfortunately this restaurant did not live up to that tradition. The prices were relatively high for the quality of the food and the service was horrendous. Our parrillada (a typical argentine serving of meat prepared different ways) was awful. In Argentina if you order a steak with salad they bring... More
