Great food

We found this restaurant by chance and really enjoyed it. The food was very well cooked and presented and the staff were very helpful despite being busy.

This was our first dinner in puerto Iguassu. We were still jet lagged but starving and the restaurant was open at 4:30 in the afternoon so we went in and got dinner. It was a great choice. The service was courteous and efficient and our waiter spoke English. We split a sirloin steak with onion risotto and the estacion salad,... More

We've eaten here twice, lunch and dinner. We were lucky to get in for dinner without reservations but were greeted warmly. Service was excellent as were the steaks and local wine. Lunch was salads very good. English is spoken, and wifi is good. Air conditioning was also fine, important in Iguazu.

This restaurant was recommended by a friend. Although we did not have a reservation we were warmly greeted by Miguel Angel, who served us for the rest of the evening. The two 'river' fish dishes we chose were well cooked and presented. We opted for a safe Trumpeter Chardoney wine and finished with Dulce de Leche Crapes.. Which were perrrrfect!... More

Decor inside is like a ski chalet with an upper balcony floor (where we sat) overlooking the main dining floor. It's a little too brightly lit to be cosy but has a certain charm nevertheless, and the locals recommend this (along with La Rueda) as one of the best restaurants in town. Fish dishes were very good with fresh produce.... More

After wondering around the city trying to find a nice place to eat, we finally got to this restaurant. The service was very high class, the food was very good and we had dishes we never ate before (like trout with fruits). Even a simple pasta with with mushrooms sauce was great and the dessert as well. The price was... More

If only one thing had been made right, it would have been a pleasant experience. Ordered the bife de chorizo and the lamb. Both were overcooked into medium-well territory. I sent the bife de chorizo back asking for "medium". I did not receive a meal for 30 more minutes during which time we finished our bottle of wine and my... More

We've been going to the top pads in town and this was our only disappointment. Both meat and pasta were below par. One can find better places to eat in the same street. My sense is that it is somewhat overrated.

Located on a busy street near city centre, there are several restaurants around, but this one stands out not only because the hotel staff recommended it. The restaurant atmosphere was very nice, well decorated. The entrées were well prepared. The price was reasonable, $75 for a group of five, including beer and tip. Highly recommended if there.

We were lucky to be staying opposite this great restaurant. Many options, great ambience, and of course, delicious food. Definitely recommend.
