Popular place, call ahead

We went to this restaurant on Thursday evening with my wife and daughter. I called ahead as we were coming in before 8PM to check that they were open and made the reservation at the same time. And it was good that I made the call. We got in little before eight and the place already had quite a... read more

I was surprised by the recent negative reviews for our experience was totally positive and not just steak; 1 had steak which was top drawer and the other Salmon which was excellent. 1st night we tried to get in but it was fully booked (which says it all) but we booked for our 2nd night and glad we did. A... More

Fantastic service, delicious food and great selection of wines. I went in for a late lunch and decided on the argentine entree which was a selection of meat, fish and tarts from the area with accompanying salsa and advocado which was delicious! I also had the tropical salad with a special dressing as a main course. The wine I chose... More

This restaurant was recommended by our tour organizer in BsAr. It was a good selection if you stick with what the Argentines do best. Steak! I tried the ham and cheese ravioli and it was not up to par. A friend who joined us selected the rib eye with Yucca fries and the vegetable of the day. The steak was... More

We went to this place based on the reviews on Tripadvisor. We were there early at about 7pm and left (or forced to leave) at around 8.10pm. The food was just average... and I had higher expectations after reading past reviews. If you consider that it is located in a small tourist town of Iguazu... then perhaps it was decent...... More

Valued Customer, We are really sorry about your final perception of our service. The wifi is usually active and some times is out of service because of the provider service, out of our hands, and let me say that it is not as good as we are paying for. we don't invite customers to leave the restaurant because they are... Food was average, portions were small, nothing to write home about. But because it's so highly rated and on the pricy side, the result was big disappointment for all of us (4 adults). What got it one star less than average was: we were seated at the table just over the short wall outside the kitchen door. Our server, when... More

We went to eat here on our first night we were in Puerto Iguazu. Both my husband and I ordered the same cut of beef. My husband's was O.K. but mine was really tough. My husband mentioned it to the waiter who for compensation game me a picture of the Iguazu Falls.

I made reservations for the Aqva before arriving in Iguazu after reading the reviews. I am sure glad I did. We walked in to a crowd waiting for a table even at 8pm. The head guy with the clipboard seated us immediately at a very nice romantic table. My wife was pleased. The service was impeccable and the wine list... More

Our first meal in Argentina didn't disappoint. We had steak (naturally!), which was excellent - succulent and perfectly cooked. My antipasto starter of roasted vegetables was pretty average, but my husband's tempura langoustines were very good. Accompanied by a good bottle of Malbec, the bill came to around £70, which was good value for money, given the quality of the... More
