Different food in a different surrounding

the interior is nice and cozy. The waiter did not show much interest in us. The ceasar salad was ok but th crispy sweatbread was not crispy and difficult to cut. Old cow?The sauce was ok.

Excellent food and service at very good price! We went twice during our stay in San Juan. A "must go" restaurant!

Shabby chic decor. I ordered the tuna salad; tuna was not fresh very fishy smelling so I could not eat it. For my main dinner entree I had the spaghetti bolengnes, the sauce had no flavor, very bland and watery. The noodles were over cooked. This spaghetti reminded me of Chef Boyardee canned. Eew and yucky. My son ordered the... More

We were able to get a seating at about 9:30PM. Only one woman was working hostess and front of house table service. The environment was nice and comfortable, as the website shows. However, with only one wait person, getting water and a wine order in took nearly an hour. Two hours after seating, we were waiting and waiting for food,... More

We found this place just by chance and were very glad we did. The service and food were the best we had in San Juan by far. If we had found it earlier we would have eaten here a few times. The decor is quirky. You will need to book as it gets quite busy.

This restaurant has in their kitchen one of the best chefs from San Juan. It is a very cute and cozy restaurant - a little gem in the city. The food is tasty and creative, with and impressive wine list and a relaxing ambiance. The restaurant has an interesting mix between antiques and modern art-deco, surrounded by the great classics... Ah, Argentina! The best of natural resources and ingredients - so good that they don't bother to do much with it. After being in the country for a week and a bit, we were tiring of the same old menu in restaurant after restaurant. Here they actually try to do something different and present some cuisine. I had lamb and... More

Salad not fresh, fish served with cheese, service very low and arrogant attitude. Not recommended. We cannot believe that it is the best place, according to TripAdvisor, in San Juan, indeed was empty the entire evening.
