Really oustanding!

The first good impression came as soon as you enter the spacious loft that houses the restaurant. We were there with a group of 4 from Texas for the cooking class and dinner. All of us felt pretty comfortable with each other and shared cooking experiences. The host was a highlight, he showed us how to make the amazing Argentinian asado and shared secrets about serving the meat. It's definitely not on the cheap side, but the... More

The idea of having dinner at a home house with the guests from different parts of the world is very nice. Very relaxing atmosphere, host is very gentle. Unfortunately food and wine were very basic, nothing special. We paid 550 pesos per person, which is quite expensive for Argentina.

This is a fun sociable evening with great tasting food and relaxing atmosphere. It was well organised with excellent attention to detail and high quality produce. We joined a group of four argentinos and shared a table, but there was the option of a romantic table for two should we have wanted it. As for the price, it is at... More

Go and try. You should know, before, that you are going to have dinner not in a restaurant, but in a house, a very charming and modern house. Maybe you are going to be informed about the menu alternatives late at night, but I can promise you are not going to complain, as you will be having good conversation with... More

Came for dinner with 4 people. The hosts made us all quite comfortable. The other guests were so pleasant that we chose to join our tables. The dinner was fantastic. Atmosphere was just right. Wine selection was quite good. All in, a tremendously positive experience.

The experience as other reviewers have pointed out was outstanding. The food served over 7 courses was restaurant quality, but what really made this experience was the hosts and the opportunity to get to share the meal with other diners while finding out a little about them. The atmosphere was really welcoming, the price point was what you get was... More

There is a lot to praise at Ituzaingo. The venue is incredibly warm and it feels like you're visiting your best friend because by the end of the evening, Gonzalo will feel like a good old friend. The communal pre-dinner aperiif and the sharing of experiences and backgrounds was also a great experience. The food was very good too but... More

You have to try a closed door restaurant while in Mendoza. We ate at Ituzaingo, based on the TrioAdvisor recommendations, and it lived up to the excellent reviews. You are basically eating a fabulous meal in someone's private home, that they turned onto an intimate restaurant. This place reminded me of a riad where the interior space is a courtyard... More

If you looking for a different experience outside the main stream of the restaurants in Mendoza, you should take a visit to Ituzaingo, one of the best experiences I had in a private restaurant, specially the attention Gonzalo Cuervo gives to you, the place, the food, the wines, the dogs, the people, every thing is amazing in this restaurant! cheers!
