Description: Ituzaingo is a close doors restaurant in the most bohemian neigbourhood from Mendoza. The building is a loft wich shows real mendocinean lifestyle. The atmosphere is very eclectic style and combines artistic expresions (paintings and sculptures). The food is mostly tradional Argentine Cuisine in a real gourmet style. Wines are from the personal cellar of the owner (no wine list). The phrase for our concept is:¨Ituzaingo is a restaurante but still a house, welcome.

After seeing all the positive reviews in this app, me and my girlfriend decided to go. Even though our expectations were high, the experience was even better. The concept is very special and fun, there are about 12 guests in the house. We actually all sit in the living room at the beginning of the evening and get to know... More

We came her per the suggestion of our concierge at the Park Hyatt and we are so happy she referred us here! It is a closed door restaurant and feels like you are dining at a friends house, with strangers (who may or may not drive you back to your hotel at the end of the night). Great food, great... More

We enjoyed Ituzaingo after a day of wine tasting and it was the perfect finish. The multi-course meal paired with more wine was amazing. My wife and I were showing our parents around Mendoza and this was the perfect finish to our time together in Mendoza. Amazing value for what you receive and an incredibly unique experience!

It was nice. We arrived. Offered a drink. Clearly a gringo entrance as the locals didnt fill the gaps till much later. Minimal attention from the host. He gravitated towards his friends (locals) all night. Food was ok. Again, nothing spectacular. Servers were apparently new, as was every other employee apart from the chef and host (offly coincidental, but clearly... More

Best meal in Mendoza! An experience unlike anything else in this city. Gonzalo was a great host, sommelier was friendly, everyone spoke English and the night was fun. You can't get this at a restaurant. Food is excellent, atmosphere is, too. There's no sign out front. It's his private residence. Pull the string out front which rings a bell inside.... More

We ate here tonight and loved it. The staff spoke English and the owner was so gracious and spent time checking on us throughout the evening. We brought our own bottle and had that along with several wine pairings. We ate appetizers and had wine on his couch by the fire. The cannelloni and stuffed pork were delish! The desserts... More

This restaurant is definitely a MUST in Mendoza. Gonzalo is an excellent host that will make you feel welcome and at home. Dinner is a wonderful experience with different dishes with ingredients from all throughout Argentina. Amazing wines were served with the hors d'oeuvres (loved the torrontes!) and for the main course you may chose your wine from an exquisite... More

Delicious food, fabulous atmosphere. It really feels like you're at a private dinner party in someone's home. Gonzalo is great and makes every guest feel at home. Don't miss this experience--it's well worth it.

Gonzalo opens up his home to diners and provides a delicious meal, great wine, and excellent company. Upon arrival diners meet each other in a cocktail party atmosphere and are served 2 hor devours - ceviche and a corn soup- along with a cocktail and a glass of white wine. Guests are then seated and their tables and are served... More

My husband and I were greeted by Gonzalo back in March. It was a first class experience starting with prompt responses for reservations and clear directions to his house. Gonzalo and his staff were so welcoming throughout the night. We were served a multi-course dinner ranging from ceviche, empanadas, filet mignon and a chocolate dessert. We opted to eat dinner...
