Worth investment, fantastic place , food and wine

This winery is impecable, the design, the paintings, the food and the wine quality were fantastic. I tried the best ossobuco of my life. Every dish is carefully prepared, the view from the restaurant is amazing. It is located 1 hour away from Mendoza, but definitely worth the trip.

Had the set lunch menu here in a very modern and impressive restaurant right in the middle of the bodega. This place has a very modern design and the fixed tasting menu was a great experience. It is pricey at 450 pesos (without wine) but we were all glad we did it in the end. It was nice to come... More

...and so Urban, O. Fournier’s restaurant, wins the award from Wine Access magazine. For me, it would be a tall order to be the world’s greatest winery restaurant... not just exquisite food, it must be paired properly with the winery’s wines, plus the ambiance, service, and environment must make me feel at home. This is the best way to taste... More

We enjoyed a well balanced gourmet menu; tops for me was the meltingly soft osso bucco and a deliciously refreshing pear sorbet. Compares well with Michelin starred restaurants. The flight of wines was interesting with the best saved for the last. The view from the restaurant through huge windows is stunning.

This was a 3 winery tour culminating with lunch at 'Bodega O fournier with a so called 'gourmet lunch'. and the source of my unhappiness. The 2 first wineries started well enough. Beautiful grounds, with very modern high tech. wine production with huge capital investment and the latest wine production techniques. Bodega Atamisque, which had probably the best wine followed by... Today my wife and I went to Urbano after many impressive reviews. Our feeling when we left was of complete disappointment. The scenery is fantastic, is truly out of a James Bond movie, to quote one user. The food however, wasn't. The first appetizer was a green apple soup, that tasted like nothing. It followed with a "chivo" roll, for... More

After visiti y The most important and boutique bodegas/restaurant/hotels in Mendoza I can only say that O. Fournier wins hands down the combination of best food, best wine , best service.

Urbano is a contemporary restaurant with great views of the fine wine region of Valle de Uco. The winery is stunning and some of the blended wines they produce are superb. The winery and the wine are outstanding, so do visit O. Fournier even if the cuisine at Urbano is basic, uninteresting badly conceived and average at best.

I am a passionate red wine connaisseur. If you like wine the way I do, the trip to Mendoza Wine Region of Argentina is a must. Even if you don't drink wine it should be, at least, on your "bucket list". The winery, like most wineries in Mendoza, renders it's unique, own experience. It is closely related to the restaurant,... O'Fournier, in Valle de Uco,has all the futuristic look and coolness of a James Bond movie! It's vast open space vineyard with the backdrop of the Andes almost looks surreal. The silver-polished wine vats look like space ships. It looks like you could eat off of the floor!
