I have been living in Argentina for three years now. Since then I haven't really found a decent restaurant in this country that wasn't a parrilla until now. The decor, the service, and the food are perfect. They use fresh ingredients. The food is made with love. You can tell because every bite makes you happy. The service was also... More

San Honorato is a good restaurant, but what makes a meal there excellent is the total package. Normally you are seated, and set about choosing your main course. Being Argentina there are many excellent meat dishes available - including a whopping 500g (one pound) steak. What sets San Honorato apart as mentioned by others is the use of its cellar... More

I loved the predinner wine and nibbles in the cellar, the wine and nibbles were free, and the wine was most excellent. Food was good and the service everything I would expect from a restaurant like this. A very memorable experience.

Excellent service. One of the most delicious food I’ve ever tasted. The owner is a lovely amicable man. This place is a real treat. Do not miss it when in Córdoba. Interesting wine cellar with wine tasting service included. A total must!

My local friends suggested this place for dinner (over Casa Galan) and they were right on point! The place is located in an old bakery and the ambiance is fantastic. After ordering appetizers you are asked to go down to the "cava", a small, cozy basement were wonderful appetizers and wines are presented. A fantastic start. The cured lemons, pate,... More

We have now been to San Honorato 4 times. This most recent visit occurred after we had traveled around most of Argentina (literally - Iguacu, BA, Patagonia, Bariloche, and the NW). Our best estimate is that we have eaten in more than 50 restaurants in Argentina in this past 11 months. There was a restaurant in Ushuaia and another in... More

We had dinner with our daughter and her husband who with their 3 children are spending a cultural year in Argentina (this is not a restaurant for small children so the kids were at home). It is truly a world class dining experience in every regard. At US$45 per person, it is a real bargain considering that we had a... More

After three weeks working around in this country with argentinian friends, we were "finally" alone and we decided to try a good restaurant. This place has nothing to do with our gourmet standard a part the price, we paid 700 pesos for two people: just main dish, medium-low price wine and coffee. Food was good quality but combinations were wired... More
