This restaurant is located in a pretty remote section of northern Arizona and, given that remote location, had a surprisingly complete menu, including a “catch of the day.” The food was served with an unexpected flair that might be expected from an expensive restaurant in a large city. For dinner one evening, my wife and I shared an Ahi Tuna... More

Found this pearl on our way to Zion NP from Grand Canyon. The view over the Marple canyon is amazing. We watched the sunset while enjoying great fish tacos and hot wings; the food is fine and the service is nice, but nothing beats the view!

We were traveling from the south rim of the Grand Canyon to Zion National Park we discovered this restaurant. It was at sunset and we were convinced that we would go without eating that night. Our first impression Cliff Dwellers Restaurant was created by the number of vehicles parked outside. The menu had a range of choices. Our party of... More

While on our semi-planned Western vacation, we lucked upon this restaurant and lodge. The food, service, and atmosphere were wonderful. Try the avocado pir for dessert. I wish I could have taken the entire pie home. The fish tacos were the best we've found on our trip.

We ate dinner here on our way to the Grand Canyon. Wonderful meal! The ribs were tender and the barbecue sauce had just the right bite. The fried chicken was the best I believe I've ever had. We even ate our vegetables. Server was attentive without hovering. We sat outside as it was a beautiful evening. So very glad we... More

Recently my wife and I had to make a long road trip from northern Utah to Phoenix. Along the way we tried to find good food to make the trip more pleasant. We weren't always successful, since the roads we traveled took us through areas catering mostly to tourists or truckers. But we lucked out with this place, enjoying a... More

We stayed iin this remote area to fish Glen Canyon, and enjoyed two dinners. The dining room is old with chairs left over from some convention center, but the food is a pleasure. We had shrimp tacos, ribs, flank steak. Daily dinner specials are just that, special. Seasonal professionals take pride in the quality of service they provide. After a... More

My husband and I ate dinner and breakfast here while staying at the Cliff Dwellers Lodge. We sat outside on the patio both times - definitely the best place when the weather is good. The servers were friendly and the food was excellent. The prices are good especially considering the location. We recommend it.
