The restaurant is simple, very friendly staff, excellent food! Fish tacos are great, the right amount of spicy and loved the coleslaw.

Left Monument Valley and headed to the North Rim. This was a welcome stop along the way. Food was good, beer was cold, and atmosphere was relaxing. We stayed a bit longer than was necessary, but it was a great break. Try it!

According to the current owners: Cliff Dwellers – “Captivated by the Vermilion Cliffs and endless blue skies, it’s no wonder settlers chose to homestead in such a wild environment. The Arizona Strip, with its isolation and solitude, offered a unique way of life for travelers seeking the mythological freedom of the American West. Before Cliff Dwellers was a vacation destination,... More

My wife and I wanted to explore the Marble Canyon area so we checked into Cliff Dwellers. What a wonderful gem tucked away in northern Arizona. It's not close to Rt. 66 but it sure had the feeling of being there. We stayed in the original section, in a real motor lodge room of the 1950's with an updated bathroom. Nice!... More

After spending the night at Jacob Lake we stopped here for breakfast on the way back to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon We sat on the covered patio at Cliff Dwellers, since it was nice and warm. I wasn’t really hungry, I rarely eat a large breakfast, and after overeating at dinner the night before I was still... More

First I have to say that my husband and brother were very pleased by there dinner! They ordered the BBQ ribs and steak and loved it. My friend and I had the stout and it was not so great.. It had no flavour at all, that was such a dissapointment. But the desserts were fantastic! We tried the famous avocado... More

We spent three days exploring the North Rim and Glen Canyon areas, found this place and ate nowhere else. The dinners were amazing...fried chicken, lamb shank, fish tacos, meatloaf and ribs. All scratch made and delicious - we didn't leave a morsel on our plates despite the generous servings. Great selection of microbrews on tap. We enjoyed the rustic chic... More

Ate here on our way thru for lunch. Wow! Great food. Fries were done to perfection. Had a turkey wrap with cranberries and sprouts. It was awesome. Highly recommended!

This is a fantastic diner set at the foot of the Vermillion Cliffs with lovely views. We stopped for lunch on a drive from the Grand Canyon to Vegas and had a fantastic lunch. Good portion sizes and good quality burger + sandwich and excellent chips including sweet potato fries. The highlight for us was that the owners feed the... More
