Stopped here after the Sunday market for lunch. The atmosphere was lovely and the location is ideal - right at the cobblestone streets with vendors selling art, crafts, leather, flea market goods. The interior is wood paneled and cozy, with a sizeable bar and jazz on the radio. The steak with chimmichuri was reported to be excellent, chicken ceasar salad... More

Atmospheric bar and restauarant right by El Zanjon (the historic house and tunnels). I popped in for a late lunch and had the charcuterie plate which, at about $45arg was a relative bargain compared to the other prices in the area! I had a nice assortment of meats together with olives, an eggplant and carrot caponata and some fresh bread.... More

Wow, what a place!! Here you really can get a piece of that famous San Telmo vibe. The ambiance is fantastic, you just feel at home immediately. The place invites you literally to stay longer and to linger and observe the people passing by, to chat with the friendly staff or other guests or to enjoy the homey features of... More

Having spent several months living in Buenos Aires, and visiting many bars, I can say this is definitely one of the best. During the day it is a lovely cool and airy place to take a break from exploring San Telmo market, but imo it is even better at night when the low lighting and antique decor give a really... More

This is a nice place for lunch if you find yourself exploring the San Telmo street market on Sunday. It has an atmospheric, dark wood, arty interior. I had a steak served with a chimichurra sauce, green salad and potato wedges. Everything was well cooked and tasty - no complaints. Service was friendly and efficient. Prices are very reasonable. Well... More

Lovely place, beautifully decorated with touches of antique, nice people. Just the place to stop by for a bite, music and chat immersed in an argentine atmosphere.

My boyfriend and I visited Argentina for a romantic break away. We stumbled across Bar Seddon one evening when looking for somewhere to eat. Situated just outside the main hustle and bustle of the main city center Bar Seddon was the perfect location for a romantic evening. The candle light really set the mood and the service was always with... More

The food was very good... the waiter slightly ill tempered. Great atmosphere. Steaks in Argentina are generally amazing and this one came with a nice cilantro pepper salsa in olive oil.

I just has the meat and cheese platters but the quality was good and the service efficient; cheap wine by the glass too. Beautiful decor, it may be a San Telmo tourist trap, but it was worth a visit.
