Great music ambiance (medley with a different song every 10 seconds), good service, very funny decoration.

I ate here 2 times while I was in Buenos Aires on my recent trip. The place needs a good cleaning, the food was cold on my first return, I would not have eaten there the second time except a friend wanted to go there. The food was a bit better the second time, but still the tables seem dirty.... More

Rey quirky environment, a bit retro and nice selection of drinks. We visited it a number of times as we were staying nearby and it was always a pleasure to be there it doesn't get five stars on,y because we didn't find the food as good as in other paces we went to in Buenos Aires. Worth a visit though.

My boyfriend and I were in BsAs in July 2011 and it was a great experience overall. The city is great for nightlife, we visited loads of different delicious restaurants and were always extremely well cared for. AcaBar was one of the best surprises. It is a huge restaurant, we liked it so much we went there twice during our... More

Food is pub style and so if you're looking for an artisan meal this might not be the choice for that. The magic of this place is the atmosphere and the fun you have playing board games, while having some drinks. Makes you feel like a kid again.

LOVED Acabar! So unique and completely different from most other bars I saw on my trip to Buenos Aires. Everything was decorated really fun and interesting. Kinda gave a feel of a vintage store with a mix of crazy stuff! The food was so inexpensive, perfect for bar food. The drinks were great and also really affordable too. They also... More

The food was just casual, nothing special. But the appeal here is to eat simple in a funky place, with a colorful decoration and beautiful people. It was very nice for a change.

Bored over the winter? Head to Acabar, the walls are lined with board games of all types, and many copies of each game. I guess you could figure out how to play monopoly with 20 people too. Or just drink red wine from a pinguino. Classic!

We found this thanks to Lonely Planet - a fun spot in Palermo to drink beer and play games. For English speakers, Connect Four (Cuatro en Linea) and Checkers (Damas) were two options we could play. For about $20 bucks we got three bottles of water (we were thirsty), a liter of beers, and small basket of mini empanadas. A... More

The bar is really nice. Very interesting decoration. Atmosphere for youngsters! Good customer service, always keen on helping with doubts and orders. The games available to play are very good, remind youth and bring happiness to the groups and tables. The food price is very fair, but the quality could be slightly better, like hotter. Our potato pure was not... More
