Ten of us went to dinner on a cold rainy evening for some hearty winter food. The food was tasty and plentiful, the price good, AR160 for 3 courses including wine and mineral water. The restaurant was pleasant with a lovely courtyard entrance. Being Wednesday it was nearly empty so although they weren't busy, we had neither a friendly welcome... More

I entered this restaurant down an alley into a courtyard where I first heard then saw the restaurant within. Dark wood accents and white linen cloths with the use of red walls gave this restaurant a very elegant feel. Typical Saturday night crowd packed this restaurant as I was told by Veronica, my server. I was quickly seated and noticed... More

A delight: typical polish dishes at your table. Excellent service and presentation, excellent products. The owner is always around and checking with clients their satisfaction. A very good alternative to the repetitive grilled beef.

March 15, 2011 We went here for dinner. It was on our recommended list and three blocks from our hotel. It is off the street, along an inner courtyard, allowing an expansive terraza. The cuisine is Polish, and the setting is elegant with large picture windows which buffer the street noise. Nora, the hostess, ably answered our questions about Polish... More

Neighborhood Profile
Palermo
Best known as the largest neighborhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favorite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
