It was established in 2002 with a clear concept of Parrilla-Cantina, the best home cooking from Buenos Aires with a great taste. There was not another place with such proposal. The gratitude of the people was evident and definitive. It is de kind of reliable restaurant. It never fails, a real solution when is time to choose a good place to eat out. It is a good, modern, warm and lovely environment, open to the public, wide spectrum. It is a familiar place, for medium or big friend tables, couples and lonely clients. The cutlery is constantly rotating thanks to an instructed and oiled service. La Dorita announces. People call more people. They already know what they are going to look for, the best meat, made with great care. It is presented stylishly and without pretentious, the dishes of red-hot iron leaned on planks, land over the table offering a warm moment, whetting your appetite. The portions are abundant. The detail of the color is the typical penguins and a bottle where the wine comes from wineries of first quality, served from barrels in full view of everyone. The home-made desserts are the perfect close of the service, dynamic and kind. La Dorita offers a good relation between quality-price and that is how, the restaurant gaing fidelity with the reliable clients. These characteristics become this restaurant into a place where you can go daily. The client is satisfied. La Dorita is the best option to eat well every day.

Very decent grilled meat. Good locations in Palermo Hollywood and La Imprenta (Belgrano). Poor/slow service. Nicely decorated.

Food was absolutely great yet the service not so amazing... It looks like they are still learning or perhaps training their staff. We did not care as we and a lot of time and the food was absolutely delicious! Try their empanadas and dulce de leche ice cream!!!:)

I was traveling on a somewhat limited budget (esp being solo with my wife unfortunately at home), and I read about the weekday lunchtime "menu el dia" (= executive lunch special). And it was indeed. My chorizo, salad, steak (chorizo=sirloin) - cooked rare (at least mostly, as I asked), flan an copa de vino, were all very fine and quite... More

Our first meal on holiday in Buenos Aires and a gentle introduction to their 'steak' culture. Good value food, friendly service from our helpful waitress and decent wine in an un-pretentious but reasonably lively setting. There seemed to be plenty of locals in which is always a good sign and a good mix of couples, friends and families. I'd give... More

The setting is quite simple, and had some weird party-like decoration when I went. I ordered their chorizo, which its quality is comparable to much more expensive restaurants. The downside was the service: it always took us > 5 min to get the waiters attention.

A nice, non pretencious place in Palermo Hollywood to have great piece of meat. Try the "tablitas" as you can taste up to 3 different kinds of meat: "vacío, colita de cuadril, asado de tira, matambre or entraña" (I take the first 3, more traditional) or any other "lomo (tenderloin)" is an extraordinary experience. Nice waiters. You have a good... More

Definitely stop by at least one Parrilla during your stay in Buenos Aires. I'm a meat enthusiast, and the steaks here are some of the best i've had. The whole meal is cheap. Ask the waiter to recommend a wine... all the bottles are ridiculously underpriced for their quality!

Just left the restaurant. Really disappointed that I probably found the WORST Parrilla restaurant in Buenos Aires. Been told it is a very traditional place. Therefore should at least be able to offer an average experience, for the sake of tradition, and not great as many places I've been in the great city of Buenos Aires. After almost half an... More

In Buenos Aires for a week and overloading on the meat! Have tried half a dozen Pariilla Restaurants and this is the best by far! The place was certainly hopping the night our family of 9 sat down for a meal. Everything we ordered was delicious and perfectly cooked. We ordered the beef tenderloin rare and it actually came rare!... More
