Description: It was established in 2002 with a clear concept of Parrilla-Cantina, the best home cooking from Buenos Aires with a great taste. There was not another place with such proposal. The gratitude of the people was evident and definitive. It is de kind of reliable restaurant. It never fails, a real solution when is time to choose a good place to eat out. It is a good, modern, warm and lovely environment, open to the public, wide spectrum. It is a familiar place, for medium or big friend tables, couples and lonely clients. The cutlery is constantly rotating thanks to an instructed and oiled service. La Dorita announces. People call more people. They already know what they are going to look for, the best meat, made with great care. It is presented stylishly and without pretentious, the dishes of red-hot iron leaned on planks, land over the table offering a warm moment, whetting your appetite. The portions are abundant. The detail of the color is the typical penguins and a bottle where the wine comes from wineries of first quality, served from barrels in full view of everyone. The home-made desserts are the perfect close of the service, dynamic and kind. La Dorita offers a good relation between quality-price and that is how, the restaurant gaing fidelity with the reliable clients. These characteristics become this restaurant into a place where you can go daily. The client is satisfied. La Dorita is the best option to eat well every day.

Just left the restaurant. Really disappointed that I probably found the WORST Parrilla restaurant in Buenos Aires. Been told it is a very traditional place. Therefore should at least be able to offer an average experience, for the sake of tradition, and not great as many places I've been in the great city of Buenos Aires. After almost half an... More

In Buenos Aires for a week and overloading on the meat! Have tried half a dozen Pariilla Restaurants and this is the best by far! The place was certainly hopping the night our family of 9 sat down for a meal. Everything we ordered was delicious and perfectly cooked. We ordered the beef tenderloin rare and it actually came rare!... More

A very typical argentinian restaurant: the best fried potatoes, meat, empanadas, chorizo (really spectacular) and ice cream in a very old fashion argentinian restaurant. Absolutely recommended

Be prepared for overcooked beef almost anywhere you eat in Buenos Aires, it must be a cultural norm. Always ask for one temperature below your liking. I ordered the chorizo, baby beef, and grilled vegetables. All which were excellent. Four of us dined for lunch. The place is well staffed and very attentive. Prices are great too.

We went here our first night after a lengthy walking tour. We had asked our tour guide to recommend a local place she would go to and she sent us here. We were parched and starving and it really hit the spot. We had one of the steak specials which was large enough to split after an appetizer (grilled provolone... More

We had the bife de lomo for 3 persons tonight and wow. Cooked perfectly. Enough to feed 4 of us. Served with sweet and regular potatoes. Cooked tomatoes and arugula to die for. Also had the provoleta. Wow!!! Amazing. Was a great meal. Shared some carne empanadas which weren't that great and the bread was a bit stale. Everything else... More

I assume this is the one on Libertador near the Bullrich mall. Atmosphere is wood-panelled and cosy. The place was full of noisy Argentines. I had an excellent mixed grill of organ meats. My wife had empanadas. The provolone baked appetizer was excellent.

Very nice atmosphere and really good food - Steak. We enjoyed the calmer, less touristy evening, although it is in the middle of the tourist area.

I ate dinner at this restaurant one evening last month. I wanted to go to a "local" reasonably priced parrilla that was within easy walking distance of my hotel. I am not fluent in Spanish which was a modest problem despite them having an English menu. They were out of the garlic mash potatoes that I had ordered but the... More
