Great local Parilla experience

This place is great. A real stalwart of a Parilla (grill/bbq restaurant). Full of locals tucking into various grilled meats and offal whilst watching Boca play on the large screens. Don't be put off by the football, this place is frequented by local well-to-do porteños and families. The selection... read more

been here twice now, yesterday sat outside with a friend and drank nice cold beer, ate some amazing chorizo and baked cheese and watched Palermo go by (there for 7 hours) Went back for a steak tonight solo and was great - nice beef, nice sides and great wine.

I have gone various times to La Dorita in Palermo. Every time I go I am greeted with a smile. Their personnel is very helpful in telling you what to eat if you ask. Great atmosphere. Music is low enough so you can talk at a normal tone of voice instead of having to raise your voice. Every time I... More

This is a wonderful Argentina experience-- great steak. It was so good that we went there twice in one week. The place is almost always busy, but it is worth the wait. We ordered 800 kgs of steak for 4 people-- one of them a growing boy. It is possibly the best steak I have ever eaten. The wait staff... More

We enjoyed a wonderful dinner at La Dorita last night. Our steak dinner for two was perfectly prepared and the portion was huge. Our red wine from Mendoza came in a generous size and the service was excellent. We arrived at about 8:30, early for BA and had our choice of outdoor tables. We highly recommend this restaurant and hope... More

Arrived at this busy Parilla in Palermo at 7.30 just as the evening session was starting. By the time we left the restaurant was packed with local diners. Despite a huge number of waiters the service was a bit sketchy. The steaks however were excellent and the wine reasonably priced. Lively atmosphere made for an enjoyable evening.

We stopped for dinner whole walking through Palermo. Good atmosphere and quite busy by 10pm. We had the Super Milanese between 2 people. It was huge! Very tasty and could have split it between 4 people :) friendly service and very reasonable prices. Would definitely go back.

We visited for the menu del dia on National Sovereignty Day, but because it was a public holiday, it wasn't offered. It soon became clear why not. They didn't need to add any additional enticement because every table was full by 2.00pm (and this is large restaurant). Portion sizes are big so there is much that can be shared. It... More

The ribs here are awesome - and a lot, so sharing is recommended. and don't get full on the bread - which is also amazing. Perfect location and great spot for groups!
